Sure, you’ll find plenty of sites featuring “testimonials” or customer comments, but most times, you’ll find the feedback presented is almost always positive, completely “unverifiable” and occasionally, totally fabricated. Even more alarming is the fact that 9 times out of 10, the web site providing the venue for “discourse” is either affiliated with, or run by the same company that sells the products being reviewed.
In other words, feedback is often cherry-picked to present an overly positive view of a product, which is then heavily promoted to boost sales. Hardly a recipe for impartial discussion, is it? Trust us… if you saw what people really had to say about the vast majority of products on the market — well, you wouldn’t waste your money.

1) To showcase what people really have to say about the products you see on TV, hear about on the radio, or read about in magazines (trust us… in most cases, it ain’t pretty). You won’t believe how often we get feedback from people saying… “Wow, this does not look like the feedback I’m seeing on other sites.”
2) To give you a voice. To empower you to spread the word about a crummy product, terrible customer service, unauthorized billing practices… what have you. If you’re sick and tired of being sick and tired, if you’re pissed off, if you’ve had it up to “here”, we want hear about it — and so do our visitors.
