Having tried and failed at every diet, I decided there was nothing left to do but try slimming pills. I was always worried about them, so I looked for one that contained natural ingredients.
For those of you in the UK, its a bit like a Gillian McKeith diet, in a pill!
I’ve been on it for four days, taking six tablets, twice daily, before breakfast and lunch as directed. I’m just over half way, and I feel so much better. I hate scales, and I usually refuse to weigh myself, but I was curious so hopped on before I started taking the pills. I did it again this morning, and unlike stated in the marketing blurb, there was no dramatic ‘weight’ loss.
HOWEVER, I can see a bit difference when I look in the mirror, and people have commented. I feel soooo much better in myself. I have a lot more energy, and I’m not even thinking about food any more.
I would recommend these pills to anyone. The majority of ingredients are natural, so there shouldn’t be anything to worry about, but you should know that there is no miracle weight loss pill. It takes time.
I only want to lose about 2 stone, which would only take a week of pills and heavy exercise if they worked as well as they are advertised!! Alas, I will have to keep struggling on…!

I wanted to lose about 25 lbs. and since I am very driven I chose 3 different methods at the same time…
Limiting my caloric intake to no more than 1500 per day, engaging in aerobic activity 3 x a day for a minimum of 30 min. each and drinking a weight loss accelerating tea 2 x per day.
I decided to add the 7-DFB for faster results. Well, after 1 month of sacrifice, I lost a whopping 6 lbs! It’s very discouraging but I am going to continue.

Re: 7 day Fat Burner Pills.
I also have approx 2 stone (30lbs for non UK!)to lose and was due to attend an important social event so I ordered two bottles of the 7DFB. It wasn’t pleasant to swallow 6 of those large capsules every morning and lunchtime and I always felt nauseous after, especially as a large amount of water must be consumed also.
These things just fill you up with fibre so you don’t feel hungry. They contain caffeine also which meant I had a constant headache as I don’t drink caffeinated drinks, ever.
I lost 7lbs in 7 days and put it back on in 2 and threw the other bottle in the bin. There’s no way around it, I have to accept it, my running shoes need to come out of the cupboard! It’s the only way – that and not eating ‘bad’ carbs (flour & potatoes).

This stuff is crap!
The same day I started taking these pills I also joined weight watchers and working out with a personal trainer 3 days/week. I followed the diet strictly, worked out all week, and took the pills. My total weight loss for the week was a shocking 1.4 lbs. Quite a disappointment, and a far cry from the other testimonials I have read.
I have been off the 7 DFB for 3 days now. Continuing with my diet and exercise regimen, and have since lost 2.4 lbs. Yes, 2.4 lbs in 2 days without versus the 1.4 lbs in 7 days with. This is not a joke. DO NOT waste your money on this product. It is a hoax.

I didn’t lose anything on these pills. I was eating low carb foods and exercising and was so excited to step on the scales to see the results but the results were very disappointing. Not ONE pound was lost.
Don’t waste your money.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !! YOU HAVE TO TAKE 6 OF THEM TWICE A DAY !!! THEY MADE ME SO SICK AND I ONLY TOOK TWO !!

I took these exactly as directed and a measuring tape revealed I hadn’t changed at all.

I bought these pills after reading all the reviews on the website – people stating they lost 7-21lbs in one week!! Somewhere in my mind there was a little voice telling me not to be so stupid. I mean come on… with results like that why would people splash out thousands on liposuction?!
Well I bought them anyway, took them EXACTLY how recommended (with the water, eating healthy and exercise) and after 7 days … nothing. Absolutely nothing!
They didn’t even work as a water tablet and make you urinate so it looks like you have lost weight! Instead you are taking 12 tablets a day (the tablets near enough the same size as horse tranquilizers) with lots of water with no results.
My advice to you if you are considering buying these con sh*t tablets …. DON’T!! Don’t waste your money or time! To tone up and lose a couple of pounds I have now joined a pole dancing class .. it’s amazing, so fun and the results are better than the gym .. or any crappy slimming tablet!

Don’t waste your money.
I think I actually put weight on with these pills, so I stopped them and decided to watch my caloric intake. I stopped putting weight on.
Haven’t lost any yet but its not been a week yet since I stopped taking those rip off pills. I don’t understand why they make such lavish claims. I will never buy a pill again, they all have to be taking us for a ride.

I too was very disappointed. I think I’ve gained a few pounds, rather then losing them.
I followed the directions and was taking 12 a day… and felt bloated and “gassy.”
I was very excited to take these hoping they were going to break my wall of not losing those last 10 lbs.
It didn’t work!
Justice on 24 Jan 2009 at 5:12 pm #
SIMPLY SAID… DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
This is another one that plain and simple does not deliver. I was very disappointed. Well, not disappointed because I don’t expect much from these things, but I was upset I wasted my money.
Don’t be like me, read the reviews and try something different. I am reading reviews now trying to see what’s good. This isn’t one of them, move along.

I’ve finally finished the whole bottle and have not lost one pound. I would never buy this product again. I found the pills so hard to swallow as they are huge and smell bad and taking 6 in the morning and before lunch was a challenge. The only positive thing I have is that I think my skin does look slightly better, although might not be because of the pill. But don’t waste your money, these pills DO NOT WORK!
Editor’s comments: Significantly increasing one’s water consumption (as is suggested with this product) could also just as easily be responsible for the improvement in skin tone.

Ok, I can’t believe I fell into this stupid trap and bought these pills. I purchased three bottles and have only used these for about 5 days, but like some others above, I feel bloated, gained some weight and hate these things. The only thing I DID was lose a couple pounds of water weight the first few days. These are a rip-off! Do not purchase this product….

I got results with lipo 6 a long time. These work as a diuretic pill for me; I pee all day (I already pee a lot since I drink 2-3 liters of water a day). I lost 3 lbs on this in 1 week then gained back the 2 as soon as the bottle was over. Good thing is that 1 measly pound never came back because I still exercised. If you want to consume about a million stinky pills a day to lose very little weight and gain it all back, these are the pills for you!
