These work as a diuretic pill for me; I pee all day (I already pee a lot since I drink 2-3 liters of water a day). I lost 3 lbs on this in 1 week then gained back the 2 as soon as the bottle was over. Good thing is that 1 measly pound never came back because I still exercised. If you want to consume about a million stinky pills a day to lose very little weight and gain it all back, these are the pills for you! I got results with lipo 6 a long time.
