I have been using Zylotrim for almost 3 months and have been walking daily as well as eating right and have lost 0 lbs. This is not the first time I have tried a diet pill and have a pretty good collection of empty bottles to prove the point. Does not seem legal that such products should allowed to be advertised on tv, radio, and in print if they do not work. Must be part of a screw you, get rich quick scheme!

I am going to be bold and credit Zylotrim for helping over a very long-standing fat/weight-loss plateau. I do know now that I can get that ingredient cheaper in other products, which I may try next, but I did just place my second order for Zylotrim.
My plateau has lasted over 6 months…gaining and losing the same few pounds. I work out rigorously 6 days a week and eat mostly “clean” foods. Since taking Zylotrim, my bodyfat has begun to decrease again and I see some new definition. I also seem to have a bit better appetite control.

I have used Zylotrim (7-Keto) for 2 weeks and have had great results – I only took 2 pills per day – I have lost 3 lbs but feel like it is more because I feel better and I eat less. Is it just in my head? I don’t know but I would use it again…

I don’t know if it’s “in my head”, as Pam said, but I took 2 caps a day during August (2009) and I lost 10 pounds. There were no noticable side effects. I did not, however, order my second 2 bottles online on the Zylotrim website; I’m looking for a place that sells it cheaper. I will check out Walmart; thanks for the tip. Anyway, I did notice a little more energy, and a little less urge to respond to stress with eating too much, as well as some decrease in appetite. During the next month, without Zylotrim, I lost an additional 5 pounds. So, maybe it IS mostly in my head, but hey, I’m not knocking the placebo effect if that’s what it is; if it works, I’m not arguing with it.

Swansonvitamins.com carries 7-keto for about 8 dollars for 30 capsules. (Sorry, was I allowed to mention names?)
Since it wasn’t too big of a risk–I’ve ordered vitamins and other stuff from there before, and I know they’re not scammish or anything–I decided to give it a shot. I’m 80 kilo, which is severely overweight for my size. I used to be 90 kilo, but I managed to drop 10 all on my own through watching what I eat. I hit a plateau, and I started working out 5 days a week–cardio every day and weight training for 3 days on top of cardio.
I took protein to encourage muscle growth (since muscle promotes fat loss, right?), but I hadn’t seen anything move. Scale or tape measure wise. 7-keto provided the “push” I needed to begin losing again. It’s been one week now, and I’ve lost 1 kilo (about 2.5 lbs, right?) and can definitely tell that my muscles are firming up. It’s working!
7-keto is not a fat burner or anything. It’s some sub-metabolite of DHEA, which promotes muscle growth (because taking straight-up DHEA is dangerous.) So if you don’t exercise or anything on this, I wouldn’t expect to see results.
Anyways, sorry for the long review. I’ll do a follow-up perhaps a month down the road.
Editor’s comments: Ai, you’re incorrect. 7-Keto is a weight loss supplement. There are some studies that show it has some effect in this regard, but it has no effect on muscle building (neither does DHEA, for that matter).
