I loved the fact that I only had to take 2 pills at bed time, and didn’t get the jitters.

I have wanted to start taking it again, but Walmart doesn’t carry it anymore. Started buying at Shoppers Drug Mart, but now they also aren’t carrying it. I am at a loss as to where I can find it in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

For the first trial, without the product, I did my regular exercise and reduced calorie diet with plenty of water and low sugar intake, writing down everything to make sure that I could duplicate this the next time around.

After the first 4 weeks I ended up losing almost 8 pounds. I stayed on this routine for the next 4 weeks and lost another 4 pounds.

Now, I gave myself about 4 weeks to rest (remember this was an experiment). Then I did the same exercise and diet routine for another 8 weeks but this time added Accelis at nighttime.

After the full 8 week experiment I ended up losing a total of 19.5 pounds. All in all, I am quite happy with the product.

No side effects, no hunger despite not really having any kind of appetite suppressant (plenty of water before meals does the trick) So I say give it try and give it time. Nothing happens overnight.

My Doctor says that none of over the counter diet drugs work. I am 72 years old, had Total knee replacement 7 months ago. But I eat 5 small meals a day, plus I use my exercise bike 1 hour a day.

I have 50 lbs to lose but waiting 12 or more weeks is too long. I heard one company said no coffee at all, and another said coffee is okay since I am a coffee drinker. I don’t know who to believe. If I can lose 2 lbs a week I would be happy.

When I started having a hard time again I decided to try some new products. I guess I was going through the phase I think everyone wanting to lose weight goes through… I wanted a quick fix.

I definitely recommend giving Accelis a try. It’s cheaper than most diet supplements, you only have to take it once a day right before bed, and it helps you lose weight at a rate that’s safe and healthy.

I found that as long as you follow the directions you lost weight. I drank the recommended 10-12 glasses of water a day, and exercised 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes. And I only kind of watched what I ate. It’s a great product in my opinion and I look forward to it helping me lose those last 20 lbs.

I have lost over 70 pounds in the past 3 years just with watching what I eat and working out.

I’m so curious to see what adding Accelis will do. All the reviews go one way or the other. I did take it last night and got a headache and woke up with it this morning.

Now I read others had headaches with this. So we will see. I will update so other curious dieters will get the info.

I don’t think Accelis works and I wasted my money purchasing it.
