They “guarantee” 30 pounds in 30 days. I honestly didn’t expect that, but was hoping for a little help. I lost 4 lbs from a lot of exercise, drinking water and eating less, not from the pills. But when the next shipment came in and I tried to return and get a refund, they refused, telling me they don’t do refunds. What is the guarantee then? How do you guarantee 30 pounds in 30 days if they give you a 14 day trial and that includes shipping time of over a week? My fingers are crossed about the success of cancellation. I’ll let you know if they ship me another shipment and try to bill me. Don’t buy this product. It doesn’t work and it is an expensive ripoff. Certiphene is a ripoff.
