I don’t know about the acne, my face hasn’t broken out, but I haven’t had my cycle yet, so I’m not sure if it will help or not.

I've lost 3 lbs with moderate exercise. This product does give me the energy that I need. I've noticed that it does suppress my appetite and food doesn't seem too appealing, so I need to make myself aware that I need to eat. And one more thought on this... take well before night time because your sleep will be interrupted otherwise.
