Yes, I tried the free trial for Green Tea Extreme and like you say on your website, was already billed and a second bottle that has already been shipped.
I called their customer service phone number, and all day long, a voice message says they are busy with other customers. Never did talk to a real person. There was an option to cancel.
When going there, they ask for your order number and address, and it will be canceled. I have no order number as I signed up on a website, and the following page just said, your order has been accepted.
I will check the new bottle when I receive it. I have lost weight, from 206 lbs to 188 in 3 weeks. However, not sure now if this is helping.
I did change my diet to strickly healthy eating, and small portions. Thanks for the advice on your website. I will let you know if they cancel my order from my first request.

Do not buy this product!! Central Coast Nutraceuticals, Inc. is engaged in fraudulent business practices! Your debit/credit card account will reflect extra charges and you will not have any chance of getting your money back!!
I have currently submitted a formal complaint to the Oregon Governor’s office of Customer Affairs, and officially disputed the charges with my bank.
I wonder if Oprah Winfrey even knows going on, since the website gave a glowing endorsement from her. I find it hard to believe that such a notable personality would endorse a company that basically steals money for a living.
Editor’s comments: It’s unlikely Oprah has ever heard of Green Tea Extreme or this company. Oprah has however, praised green tea, and many retailers use her positive comments regarding it as a testimonial to the effectiveness of their own formulations.

Talk about hussling! Even though this product DOES work, it’s main objective is to get into your bank account and place extra charges for all sorts of things. I’ve had to work my way around all of the guff and sadly could not get my money back, but I got to keep both bottles of the product.
My best bet is that the green tea formula is as effective as any other, with a mixture of other types of caffeine, so it’s not like as if you should go and get it.
BUT BE SAFE!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!! THE COMPANY JUST WANTS YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION!!

I just wanted to say that their claim that you will be billed 20d ays AFTER you receive it is a LIE!! First off, they took over two weeks to send it to me. Then when I received it, I got a bill shortly thereafter. So I called customer service and after a long, hard debate with the rep, they explain I was billed 20 days after I ORDERED IT, NOT RECEIVED IT!
That’s just a horrible scam and I cut them off immediately…after they credited me a FULL REFUND!!

This product is bogus! It did curve my cravings, but I did not lose a single pound! (I did exercise). Wow, so disappointing. I did not gain nor lose weight.

This is a scam. Now the price has gone up to 75.00 dollars a bottle. Their service department, when you can get to them, is evasive. I finally got one to send me the official cancellation form. It was on an obscure website that has absolutely no links from theirs. They need to be shut down for fraud.
