I took Hot-rox for three weeks in preparation for a fitness assessment I had at work. I took one tablet twice a day for the first three days to make sure I wasn’t going to wig out. Then two tabs twice a day.
I stuck with all cardio workouts 5 times a weeks (mostly jogging and eliptical). I cut out foods high in fat. And bam, I went from 225 to 204 in three weeks.
At first I thought it was all the cardio but I have always worked out that much. Anyways, like all fat burners, they work best with diet and excercise.

I lost and got great results with the original formula. I became pregnant and stopped it. My whole pregnancy i was looking foward to using it again it made me feel great like superwoman.
Then about 6 months ago I started on my strict training and I knew it wasn’t the same! I got acne and had awful mood swings. Please! Someone needs to bring the old formula back — it was perfect!

Please do NOT take this diet pill!
2 years ago I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. It’s not the worst disease, but getting blood drawn once a week was really no fun. Anyway, my doctor said that my case was the most unique case of hyperthyroidism he’s ever seen. My thyroid was over active, producing more T3 cells, and my heart rate was at irregular and too fast. However, he said most people with thyroid problems have anti-bodies that indicate the disease. I had none. He had no idea why my thyroid was overactive.
Anyway, I found my old bottle of hot rox in my purse, and I looked the information up online. I read about how it stimulates your thyroid, and I realized that hot rox had to have been the reason I now have hyperthyroidism. Yes, I lost weight – 12 lbs in about a month 1/2.
But I realized something was wrong with my body, I had problems breathing, my heart was palpitating so strongly it felt like it would stop and start again. I also developed little spots around my heart, like a rash. It wasn’t until I stopped the diet pills, and started the medicine that everything went back to normal. I don’t trust this pill, and I warn everyone!

This is a great product.
The only complaint that I have is that it does not suppress my appetite. I have been trying to lose weight for the past year with success; however, I had 10 more lbs to lose and it just would not come off.
I tried so many of the products that I had success with before (lipo 6x and hydroxycut) and I just could not lose the weight. I saw this product and decided to try it. It did the trick in less than a month. However, I was hungry the entire day.
Fortunately, I was able to control my appetite. Hope it works for everyone. I will definitely use this product again if I start putting the weight back on.

I used hot rox for a month and it didn’t do a single thing for me. The first week I felt very on edge and uncomfortable. I had difficulty concentrating.
But after a week I was handling the full daily recommended amount. But it has been a month and I have not seen a difference – didn’t lose weight and didn’t lose inches.
I have been exercising 5 times a week – cardio for 45 minutes in the morning and then weight training 3 times a week in the evenings.
I eat every three hours and have a completely balanced 40-40-20 diet with no bad fats, etc – totally clean diet and I am drinking 120 ounces of water a day.
I am 5′11 and 165 w/ 14% bf. I was looking to drop about 2% bf, but saw no results.

These WORK!!
…for me that is. I do know some people they don’t do anything for, but I believe that’s probably because they were sloppy with their diet.
For myself, they were great for the following reasons:
They kick start my day; no matter how tired I am a couple of HOT-ROX will perk me up and maximize effectiveness at work, in the gym and in social situations. They also suppress the appetite, so temptation to reach for the cookie jar is put at bay.
I find them great for taking training – seriously. If I am on Hot-Rox there is no need to drink alcohol when I go for a night out due to the lively buzz they give me.
The weight just falls off, but I warn the ladies: I went down 2 bra sizes!

i used hot-rox about 2 1/2 years ago and had excellent results. I cleaned up my diet, and did my normal workouts. I went from 218 lbs to 159 lbs. I was completely shredded. I am now back up to 185 lbs(mostly because of extreme weight training), and plan to start another cycle on monday. If you aren’t losing weight right away, be patient, the weight will come off. That’s why a lot of people get off diets because they don’t see immediate results.

I’m 5 11 and weigh 75 kgs. I’m pretty ripped already, but just needed something to help shift that extra 5lbs.
I bought Hotrox extreme in the UK where I live for around $70 (its expensive here eh!). I started taking them last week and lost 2 lbs already.
I go the the gym 5 times per week and upped my interval training. I work in an office and found them to be very rushy, started sweating lots which you could clearly see through my shirt and has become a little embarrassing.
The stuff clearly works, just have to find a way to mask the sweats!

I’m in the US Navy and I’ve seen just about everything in supplements mostly because no one has anything better to do in their free time than eat, sleep, and work out. I got HOT ROX from Bodybuilding.com (where a majority of the navy buys their stuff) on sale (2/$40).
I just went half with another guy and got a bottle. My experience is that it made me sweat. Not just a little, a lot. I kinda felt like I had a small fire kindled in my chest. I would highly recommend no caffeine while on these, you probably won’t want any anyway. I had some jitters, but it leveled out. I only tried them for about a month since I only had one bottle and it was towards the end of deployment, but I felt like I lost weight (I didn’t exactly have access to an accurate scale since I was in the ocean).
I had to drink about a gallon a day to keep up with the sweat loss. That also led to a lot of water weight, but that faded once I stopped taking the pills. Overall, a little uncomfortable, but gave good energy for running. Be careful to stay hydrated.
