Today I will experiment with taking pills earlier. I am on a protein shake diet. This morning is bagel day at my office which is usually hard to resist. Today I made my protein shake, took my pill and so far, so good. I don't think these pills will work miracles but they do give me that extra little bit of help to stay on course. Last night I didn't snack at all either which is huge as I'm a late night nibbler. I had the energy to run and I pushed out 12 extra min. I felt good all day and even had energy to clean my whole house and play with my three kids (2 of which are under 2). The only problem I had was a slight headache but nothing too bad. I hope to lose the rest of my baby weight.
