I have tried Lipovarin. I used it for a few weeks and didn’t notice anything.
So I switched to Cylaris. After 2 days I had anxiety attacks, sweating, nausea, nervousness, everything bad. While Cylaris helped with the appetite, the trade off was NOT worth it!
So I went back to my bottle of Lipovarin and noticed a TOTAL DIFFERENCE in the way I feel.
Lipovarin curbs my appetite to “graze” during the day at my desk, gives me energy without the stomach upset and nervousness and helps me get physically tired enough during the day to sleep well at night.
I now jog 3.8 miles twice a day… 2 years ago I was in a wheelchair with no expectation of getting out.
I have lost 100 pounds and am happier than I can say. Lipovarin and your positive state of mind will make you successful! You can’t take any pill and sit around waiting for it to do something for you, you have to get out there and move!

I’ve read many of the comments here, and it’s always interesting how each individual’s body chemistry responds differently to whatever one puts in.
One person mentioned that Hydroxycut worked much better for him than Lipovarin. I found the opposite, having tried 2 bottles of Hydroxycut many years ago, with no result whatsoever. For me, Lipovarin is the first thing that ever worked.
I am no more than 10 lbs overweight, age 54. I exercise at a gym usually twice a week and am in good shape, but can’t get rid of those 10 lbs. The instructions advise taking 3 pills after breakfast, and 3 after lunch.
I found that to be more than necessary, plus when I tried it, I had trouble sleeping, as I would if I drank too much coffee.
I now try to remember to take 2 after breakfast and 2 after lunch, and that’s plenty for me. If I forget in the morning and take it only after lunch, I take 3.
I don’t have the same huge desire to eat that I used to. I think it took about 2 weeks before I started to feel a difference, and then my weight just started to drop slowly, about 5 lbs so far, but I’m kind of erratic about remembering to take the pills.
If I was more stressed about my weight, I might stick to 3 after breakfast and lunch, but I don’t need to, and I’d like to make my supply last as long as possible.
I have to order it online, since it’s not sold anywhere but in the U.S., as far as I know (I live in Israel), but I think it’s worth it. (I had a good experience with my supplier, ShopWars.com. The international delivery was handled quickly and efficiently, by express, right to my door.)

Okay,so yes I have been like the hundreds or more of people in the world who have gained weight, I have been heavy my entire life, I have a semi active life, I walk everyday for an hour, and watch what I eat, that didn’t seem to help with the weight loss, I would loose a few pounds then gain them back, so I got the idea in my head to try this product, well I agree it gave me the energy, but like some of the other comments, I have had adverse side effects. My body become use to the product. I ended up having bowel problems going more than normal, to say the least since I had been using it, I actually gained 7 pounds instead of loosing any at all. So I would have to say that I became one of those people who got ripped off, unfortunely I made the mistake of ordering a four month supply. can you say SUCKER!!!

I used this product for two days – this version contains ephedrine (alkaloid content ~8% per 350mg, 28 mg ephedra in one tab). I took two tabs each day.
As expected, the product caused considerable anxiety within one hour. It is clear why the FDA removed it but itis still legal in Canada. I was unable to bring myself to eat for two days so in theory it did work. I lost 2LBS.
I experienced tachycardia (128bpm) and increased cardiovascular stress with tinnitus.
I would have to conclude that:
1. This product when formulated with Ma Huang does directly cause weight loss through amphetamine-like CNS stimulation and anorectic action.
2. The product is totally unsafe for use by the general public in the same way that Schedule II stimulants are.
I am actually quite curious as to how this product made its way onto the market to begin with – considering its potential cardiotoxicity and remarkable strength.
Do not take this product.

I took it until it was gone and I lost weight. Not sure how much but it does work.
To me losing weight is a mind thing; you have to chose to lose weight and taking this supplement helped me because it did suppress my appetite. That made it easier to decline a hamburger and fries and chose something healthier.

I took this along with a couple other supplements that were sold as a 30 day plan. About two weeks into it, I stopped taking it because I had no appitite and so wasn’t really eating and thus wasn’t taking the capsules. Took about two weeks off and then I had lost track and had trouble getting back on, coupled with the $200 price tag. But though it might seem a ridiculous claim that it is better than exercise and you can eat what you want, logically this is correct. If you lose your appitite and only eat a couple hundred calories a day, you are naturally going to loose weight with out exercise and you can eat what you want, because you are not going to really eat much of anything. It takes something like 2 hours a day on the tread mill to lose 1000 calories, but if you just don’t eat that extra 1000 calories to begin with. I personally don’t advocating not working out, I am just making a point. You stop eating that extra 1000 calories coupled with working out to the point of buring another 1000 calories, well you do the math.
To note, I found this site, because I was looking for this product again to attempt to get on this regiment again.

I have been on a hunt for something good ever since they took Diet Fuel with ephedera off the shelves. So far I haven’t found anything nearly as good. I tried Lipovarin after reading many reviews and here is how it worked for me…
I started very slowly. I took one pill twice a day for a week then 2 for a week, then I went to 3 pills. Only once did I take 3 pills twice a day, and I was up ALL night. So I only took the 3 pills once a day.
The thing that I most noticed about this pill was my mood instantly improves with it. I can feel myself become happier within about 30 minutes of taking the pill. It does increase your energy as well. at first, I didn’t think the appetite suppression worked all that well, but then I went off it for a while and remembered what it was like to be hungry! It may not be a complete reduction in appetite (like diet fuel was) but it is definitely there.
I was on a low fat diet when I started, and lipovaran gave me the energy I needed to work out instead of sitting around.
It really is a happy pill – makes you feel like Mary Poppins
I have lost 6 lbs so far on week 5. I don’t think it is really helping the cause, to be honest, but the extra energy and happiness is nice!

I used lipovarin about 3 years ago. I lost 30 lbs while using it. I was also exercising and eating healthy while on it. I felt more energized and it did help suppress my appetite. It helped my sugar cravings also because i didn’t have any. I stopped taking it about 2 years ago.
Late last year I dedcided to try again and I tried it for 3 months. I have to say i was very, very, very disappointed. I didn’t have the same results and it didn’t suppress my appetite. I didn’t lose any weight. I’m not sure if the ingredidents have changed or what but I felt like I was scammed for my money.

I LOVE Lipovarin. Yes it is pricey but it is WELL worth it. I took it and lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks. I take two in the morning and then two before dinner I eat a tiny portion at dinner and then take I take Hydroxycut Caffiene Free because my weight all comes from late night eating – I’m a night owl. I drink water all day and eat one toddler sized portion every day. And I don’t feel hungry or jittery like a lot of other diet pills I have taken. I HIGHLY recommend it!! 4 thumbs up!
Editor’s comments: Rachel, since you are taking Lipovarin AND Hydroxycut you can’t rule out the possibility it is this combination that is working for you, and not the Lipovarin on its own.

I really like this product. I am a female and a former basketball player. While playing, I was eating about 3000 calories but given 3 hours of practice I was able to maintain my weight. Obviously when I was done playing, I start gaining – 20 lbs in 2 months.
I started Lipovarin after searching the net, and definitely loved it. First of all, it helped me with my cravings of sweets and fatty food. I will usually take a pill right after my tea in the morning. Then I won’t be hungry at all and usually forced myself to eat lunch. Since I wasn’t craving anything in particular, I would make some big salads with tons of veggies. What amazed me the most was the energy level at the gym. It was amazing.
However, I was really thirsty throughout the day, and started to have dry mouth if I did not drink a cup or 2 every hour. I did spend a lot of time in the restrooms.
Final result: I was able to lean down pretty good and had really shape up pretty well given the high energy at the gym. I noticed that I needed to take a break using the pills as my body was not responding as well after 4 weeks. I took a 2 weeks break and got back into it.

I took 1 pill twice a day of Lipovarin several years ago for approx (6) months. I have “hypothyroid” and this supplement gave me energy that I have not found in any other pill. Because I had more energy, I was able to lose weight and get more done.
I am researching Thyrotril now, but I am not convinced that it will be helpful.

Like anything else, Lipovarin has it’s pros and cons. I did not lose massive amounts of weight while taking it, but I did lose 5-10 lbs. The first day, I followed the directions and took 3 pills before breakfast — on an empty stomach. It made me nauseated and horribly jittery — like “coffee gut”. After that, I took 2 pills after breakfast and 2 pills after lunch, which worked out better. I ate reasonably and exercised moderately and, as I said, I dropped some weight. Not a miracle drug, but it did work.
