I purchased the trial and got the advertised $10 gift card to my selected retailer. I have used it for 2 weeks now, and it seems to work for me - I lost about 5 pounds and noticeable inches from my waist (I'm 52 years old). I've been trying to eat less candy and other junk, and have been exercising 1 or 2 times a week, and that routine wasn't giving much results.

As far as how the MiracleBurn works, it does not make me feel full. However, it does seem to have an appetite-suppressing effect for a time. When I start getting hungry, I have found that a very SMALL amount of food is required to make me feel satisfied. Not full, but satisfied. They recommend drinking a lot of water, as do many or most diets. I find that some coffee (I drink decaf) also helps me feel satisfied. My daily food intake became one egg (or egg white)for breakfast and 2 of the Magicburn pills. A lowfat string cheese stick between 10:00-11:00 am. Another Miracleburn pill about 1:00 and an apple around 3:00. Maybe a couple of cups of coffee in between if I felt hungry. Then a normal dinner.
I'm sure the weight loss is due to the lower food intake as much as any metabolism increase due to the product. But if the product helps with that, it's doing its job. Placebo effect? I don't know. I have not experienced any negative side-effects.
My wife and I just got back from a long-weekend vacation, where of course we put diets on hold, and some pounds are back. I'll re-start my Miracleburn regimen and see if I can lose them again quickly. If so, I'll probably reorder another supply.

I have not found any claims that MiracleBurn stated to be true in my case. It was a waste of my money. DO NOT BELIEVE THE HYPE of this product.

When I first begin taking it made me jittery gave me a sick feeling. That was 1 yr ago, I had 3 boxes left so I started taking it again. This time I am not jittery nor have the sick feeling, but I does not suppress my hunger or do have any extra energy. I am taking it so I don't feel like I wasted the money I paid for it which was a lot as I purchased a 3 month supply. I don't believe this Miracle Burn creates any "MIRACLE" results for me!

I would not recommend it to anyone.

I took Miracle burn for two months while simultaneously doing Weight Watchers. I lost 27 pounds in that time. I was happy.

9 months later, I went back on Miracleburn. My mother, a former nurse did some research on bitter orange and found that her former employer, the Mayo Clinic, had a negative review of the supplement as dangerous.

The day I received her emailed concerns, I experienced a racing heartbeat. I had noticed that occasionally previously, but now receiving information from Mayo that bitter orange could be dangerous, I was concerned. I stopped taking Miracleburn and have a wasted 3 month supply that I cannot return.

Knowledge: MayoClinic.com

Editor's comments: Paul, you're right; the clinical studies performed on bitter orange (aka citrus aurantium, standardized for synephrine) have shown it to have pretty lackluster effects. And it is, contrary to many retailers' advertising messages, a stimulant, fully capable of raising blood pressure and heart rate.

Well I am on Miracle Burn right now. This is my second day. I usually hate people who post only after such a short period of time because I don't feel they can give an acurate review that soon. But I just want to say that I took two this morning and one in the after noon, and it is now 9:00pm and all I have eaten all day is a bolonga sandwich (which I didn't finish) and two oatmeal cookies. My appetite is not completly gone, but it is diminished. I am not saying what I ate today is in anyway healthy, but I am being honest. So I can't say that if it is going to make me loose weight, but i feel no side effects, not jittery or sick, and I slept fine last night. I will post again in a few days.

My wife got Miracle Burn to lose weight. She was taking it for about a week when everyone in the house started noticing that she was becoming quite the monster!

She snapped at everyone, her temper was set off at the drop of a hat, it was awful! So, she quit taking it. I decided to give it a try. I don't like pills, so I was only taking 1 a day. After 10 days I had lost 12 pounds!

So, I decided to take a second pill at night (it says you're supposed to take 2 in morn and 1 at night, so I was still under that).

Well, the next morning I woke up and my mind was all messed up, it felt like my thoughts were racing uncontrollably and I could not relax, I was going insane. After about 2 hours it subsided, but it had scared me to death! So, I immediately stopped taking the pills.

Well, about 10 days later it happened again. And about 5 days after that it happened again. Soon, I was in full blown Panic Disorder status. Then I started having major bouts of depression. THEN I noticed I had acquired tinnitus!

This was all about 1 year ago. I am now on Wellbutrin for depression, Ativan for Anxiety and still have tinnitus. It has been a year from hell, and I blame miracle burn.

If anyone else has experienced anything of this nature I would love to hear from you. Miracle burn ruined my life, but I'm still fighting.

I urge everyone to read the report by CBS at...

http://cbs47.empowereddoctor.com/story_1144.html

Miracle Burn is a rip-off. I tried it, and got no results. Even though Urban Nutrition says it has a money-back guarantee, they refused to accept my return. With a little research (I wish I'd done this BEFORE I ordered), I found numerous complaints against Urban Nutrition filed with the Better Business Bureau.

Stay away from this product and this company. The burn they advertise is not the burn you'll get. And the only miracle is how stupid we consumers continue to be.

Anthony... you are wrong in your assumptions about Miracle Burn as far as how they direct you to take it... You said you were to take 1 @ night? Wrong. You are to take 2 in morning on empty stomach and 1 in the afternoon. If you had read the label correctly it said. and I quote:

CAUTION: THIS PRODUCT CONTAINS HERBAL CONCENTRATES WHICH MAY BE STIMULATING AND/OR KEEP YOU AWAKE AT NIGHT IF TAKEN TOO LATE IN THE DAY.

With any diet pill, you have to 1) start it slow; meaning start out w/one capsule all day to allow your body to adjust over a week's time, then try 1 in the am/1 in the afternoon, till you can gradually increase up to what is stated on the box. and 2) you still have to eat.
