I was trying another diet pill that did not have appetite suppressant. I like Nuphedragen because I have no desire to want to eat after taking it. Give me 2 weeks and I know I will have lost a few pounds.
I know there is a lot of gimmicks and so many diet drugs that do not work. This is not one of them, it actually does not make me hungry. I only take 2 pills a day or I would not eat at all. If I eat a little after I take the pill, I feel stuffed on just a little food.
Thanks, I will let you know in 2 weeks how I do.

I tried 1 bottle of nuphedragen and to my surprise it actually worked. I tracked my weight for the 30 day period and lost approximately 16 pounds. My, face and waist were both noticeably thinner etc.
So, I ordered 3 more bottles expecting to continue the weight loss. It would seem that my body became immune to the product after the first bottle.
All of the weight to date came back and continued use of the product has had no weight loss effect.
Is it possible the potency isn’t consistent on the reorder?

I just started Nuphedragen on the First of the year. I will update on my status too. Tim, you might want to inform the company of that problem and maybe they will send you another order. I do like the appetite suppressant too. Portion control was my major concern but now I feel better about that, at least. I’m not that hungry!

I started this product on Tuesday. Today is Saturday and I have lost 5 pounds already. The first day I got the shaking hands thing! I went to the bathroom a lot
also. I don’t feel like eating, kinda feel edgy too.
Today I feel ok. I like seeing results. I ordered the 3 bottles because they estimate 9 pounds per bottle taking 2 pills daily. I will let you know how I am doing… I take the 2 pills daily.

I have been taking Nughedragen for 2 days and I have lost 3 pounds. I have NOT noticed any appetite suppressant effects or any shaking. Maybe the weight loss is from it being a fat burner or maybe just fluids.
I will keep you posted in a week or so. I do not have anymore energy than before.

I’ve been taking Nuphedragen for 10 days.
I haven’t noticed much difference in my eating or much in weightloss.
I have however noticed that I am very energized in the morning, I can’t even drink my regular one cup of coffee.
I take two pills aday.

I ordered Nuphedragen 5 days ago (1/26) and it was shipped on 1/28. I have been tracking the order but it has not moved from Utah since 1/28…I tried e-mailing them and have gotten no response. Does anybody know about how long I should receive them or if this is normal?
Thanks

I have been taking Nuphedragen for 10 days now and have only lost 1.5 pounds. Let me start by saying that I have been losing weight for about 4 months now and had lost 20 pounds prior to trying Nuphedragen.
I had hit a plateau in my weight loss so got one bottle of Nuphedragen to jump start the loss again. I did shaking hands the first 2 days, but now it has little effect on me. I notice it most if I take it before a work out, I seem to push a little harder, thus burning more calories.
I think this is a good start for someone just starting out losing weight (of course with healthy eating and exercise), but for those of us already on a weight loss track I don’t think it works as well. I will report back in at the end of Feb to post final number of pounds lost.

I have been taking 2 pills a day now for 3 days. I have noticed that food doesn’t seem tempting to me after taking the pill.
I have not been jittery at all and still drink my normal amount of coffee each day. I ordered 3 bottles and will continue taking them till gone. I’ll keep you posted on the results.

I have been taking this product about 3 weeks now. I have also been walking on treadmill.
I have not lost any weight, but actually gained a few pounds. Felt no side effects. I also have been eating healthy, lots of salads and grilled chicken. I feel that I threw away $59.00!!
Stacy on 22 Feb 2008 at 9:30 am #
I have been taking Nuphedragen for about 2 weeks and I have gained 7 pounds. I am in tears.

I am trying to lose the extra 9kg I put on since having my wedding dress custom made. I read about Nuphedragen and ordered the 3 bottles at the discounted rate. After receiving my order in record time (US to Australia) I have been taking it for the past two days at the rate of two a day.
On the very first tablet I felt racy. I do feel noticeably more energetic but feel absolutely no difference in appetite – in fact I seem to feel hungrier since taking it. I normally have a very slow, sluggish metabolism so perhaps this is being sped up somewhat which is a good thing.
I will keep you posted on weight loss over the next few weeks.
Viv Q. on 29 Feb 2008 at 12:19 pm #
I have recently ordered the pills from their website. I have tried emailing them because my shipping address was wrong on the order. However, I have yet to hear from them. I am thinking of having Paypal get my money back.
Also, I heard that your body becomes immune to the effects, so you have to skip intake once in a while. Someone in one of the forums suggested not taking the pills once a day every week. I of course have not tried the pills yet so I cannot suggest or say anything.
Suzanne on 07 Mar 2008 at 11:21 am #
I do like these compared to other diet pills, but really all diet pills are a form of speed and once your body gets used to them, they are not as effective.
For me I just need something to stop me from binging on junk food and these help, but there is no substitute for diet and exercise. Good product though.
Tiffany on 10 Mar 2008 at 1:24 pm #
This is a follow up to my previous post on 22nd February.
The initial, slightly racy feeling I experienced stopped after just a few days. The tablets don’t and never did suppress my appetite in any way. In fact I was more hungry than I have ever been. I have lost absolutely no weight despite doing copious amounts of exercise.
Overall very disappointing and a complete waste of money for me personally. Should have kept the $169.

I found that the pill does rev up my metabolism but didn’t suppress my appetite. I started taking hoodia as well since there is no additional ingredient in hoodia that would dangerously increase any jitteriness or heart rate. It’s been the perfect combination. Increased metabolism and no appetite.

I have been taking Nuphdragen for nearly 3 weeks now. For the first 3 days I felt a little spaced out but I had no urge to binge and really struggled eating anything tiny.
I thought this was amazing as I really struggle with overeating and always feeling hungry. I have been attending a slimming club for a couple of months now so I tried it for the a week to see if it made a difference.
I was so pleased as I lost 3 and a half pounds the first week. Since then, I have had stronger urges for food and even eating healthy I gained 1 and half pounds the second week and this third week stayed the same.
I’m losing faith in the pills but I am going to keep going until I finish the first bottle. At the moment not holding out much hope!

I have been taking it only for three days and am very buzzed. I have had headaches and feel jumpy and breathless and can feel what is like a strangling feeling around my neck!
I also do not normally drink caffeine. I also have period of feeling very hot, then I cool right down. It feels like it might be working, but I go not by weight, but how my clothes fit and right now they fit nicely… give me the rest of the bottle and I’ll tell you how it goes (I take two a day).
Trix on 27 Mar 2008 at 4:47 pm #
I’ve been taking this pill for a about 3 months. I’m terrible when it comes to taking them, and ended up not missing them for several weeks.
They do work, but don’t expect to lose weight by taking one of these, then binging on food just because you think you’re not going to gain weight.
This pill needs to be incorporated into your healthy diet scheme. The biggest way this pill has effected me is my energy.
Without taking the pill, I can run at a fast speed for 5 minutes on my exercise bike. When on Nuphedragen, I can run for 20, and still have the need to keep going.
The only reason you’re going to get the shakes is because its high in caffeine. Its like drinking 4 cans of Redbull.
I hope this has been helpful to some.

I took Nuphedragen for about two weeks. It made me feel very out of it and spaced out. And it did not suppress my appetite one bit.
I would say this product is a waste of money!!

I bought the Nuphedragen diet pill. There was so much hype about it. I started taking it, very excited about losing some weight.
I found that when I took it I did not have a curbed appetite like it says you will. In fact it did nothing to my appetite. I did find myself a little jittery. I am sure that was the caffeine.
My feet and hands were constantly twitching uncontrollably. I did not have any surges in energy. In fact I found myself really tired.
I also started having trouble with my joints in my hands, elbows, wrists and ankles. My joints would swell up and lock up and it is very painful to pry them loose. I do not have arthritis and I have never had this problem before. I stopped taking the Nuphedragen and I am not having the joint swelling or tenderness anymore.
It has taken about a week to I guess get the stuff out of my system. I am not sure if it is just me or what but this diet pill that is getting all the raves has not worked for me.
I am not going to finish my bottle. It was just $60 I tossed away. I will just talk with my doctor and get something from him. I would not recommend the Nuphedragen.

Got it in the mail today…not going to use it after reading these comments. I can tell anyone that reads this that I used Venom before this.
I started at 235lbs, and after 3 months I was 195lbs. I re-ordered it recently and will continue on those pills. Two in the morning after I eat and I lose the appetite, at times I had to remind myself to eat (it’s important not to skip meals, just smaller portions) and I had no urge to snack in between.
I know I sound like advertiser for the product, but I’m not, I’ve just tried so many products without results. Why’d I order nuphredragen if Venom worked… because it was cheaper and I was sold by other reviews I read. Thanks to those that warned on this site!

I have been taking the pills for about three weeks and have found myself more hungry than usual. I noticed my pants were tighter and weighed myself.
I was stunned to see that I’ve GAINED 5 pounds. I am not an overeater and eat pretty healthily – I was only using the product to lose 5-7 pounds. I am appalled at the outcome and out $60.

I have been taking the pills a week now. They are working, but… I have had trouble with a middle earache. Never had an earache before.
Stopped using on weekend and earache went away. Started using again on Monday and the earache came back. Has anyone had this happen? Wondering if I am having an allergic reaction to something in the pill?
lynn on 28 Jun 2008 at 2:59 pm #
I have to say I expected a little more appetite control. It DOES work though as far as temptation for me. I don’t HAVE to eat the sugary junk food that I was before. I can actually turn away food on these pills.
I have had no side effects at all from them. No jitters, shakes, insomnia — nothing. Energy hasn’t really increased as much as I had hoped.
But like I said, I could sit and eat a whole plate of food if I wanted, but with these pills I can actually say no.
My next order will be something stronger. I have found a supplement with ephedra. I’m doing that next! Thanks to all!
Christine on 30 Jun 2008 at 8:36 pm #
I have a strong mind and body. I hardly ever get the jitters when I take diet pills and most diet pills do not suppress my appetite. I just ordered NUPHEDRAGEN. It will be interesting to see if they work on me or not. I’ll be back to report soon.

I have bought these pills and WOW, do they work. I have been taking them for 3 days now and I can tell that the shorts that I wear that are usually tight are now loose.
I have so much energy and I hardly never get hungry or think about food like I use to! I am so happy that I had bought Nuphedragen. The caffeine does make you want to get up and run and exercise but thats good.
If you decide to take this product, all I’m going to say is good for you and good luck.

I have just bought the pills – have not received them yet, but I’m a little worried after reading some of the messages.
I was wondering if for those who had no or poor results, did you follow any kind of eating or exercise plan? Same question for those who found this product helped! Thanks!

I’ve been taking these pills for about a week now, I was a little bummed out before I took them because I found this web-site after I bought them and I read all the negative responses, but after I started taking them, I can’t understand why so many people are negative towards them.
I’m a 23 year old guy who’s 6′5 250 Lbs and I can easily eat 3,000 + Calories a day. I’m always eating, but since I started taking these pills, I’m no longer hungry.
My previous daily meals would consist of 4 waffles covered in syrup and 10 pieces of sausage in the morning, 2 ham and cheese sandwiches at noon, usually a pizza at about 2 or 3, and then a big supper at around 6, and I would still be hungry. But not anymore.
As a matter of fact, today I had one bagel in the morning, a banana at noon, and 32 oz. of water and I’m not even close to being hungry and it’s already 4. I doubt I’ll be eating anything for supper either.
I’ve been taking these pills for a week and a half and before I started taking them I weighed 250 Lbs. As of right now, I weight 239. I lost 11 lbs. in 10 days. Simply amazing.

I started using the product when I started “The 12 wk challenge” at my local gym. Incorporated with exercise and the right eating plan I lost nearly 13 kilos by the end of the challenge, (starting weight 85 kilos).
It gave me energy and it suppressed my appetite a little. I have frequent heart palpitations so was very cautious about using it. I spoke to my local gym and they suggested I started with using just one pill 15 mins before my work out (not before eating) so my body gets use to it.
I did this for about 1 week then started taking 2 (one early in the mornings, then one 30mins before lunch). After about 2 weeks I went back to using one as I was finding it hard to have a good nights sleep – was up at 2am and would find it hard to go back to sleep.
I was working out every day and burning up to 700 calories + a day.
This product helped me big time, mostly gave me that extra energy. I was dedicated to eating right so the first week was very had for me but as the weeks went by I got into a routine of having smaller portions and eating 5 meals a day.
I think if you are not in the right frame of mind you will struggle with dieting. All round I never got jittery – only lost some sleep, and like I said 13 kilos in 12 weeks. One pill a day was enough for me.

I started today (10-7-08) and don’t notice anything different in my appetite. I decided that I will start with 3 pills a day and see if there is a difference in a week. I will keep you posted.

I have been taking the recommended 2 pills a day of Nuphedragen for four days. I have been mildly dieting – mostly because I’m not very hungry!
I am drinking more water. I make sure to at least drink a full 16 oz bottle when I take the pills. Plus, I’m actually doing some exercising since I have the energy to do it, and I drink water during and after the activity. I have not made any other changes and I have already lost FOUR POUNDS!!! Admittedly, I am also on my period so a small amount of that could be from that whole process, but it’s exciting anyway.
I have not had any negative side effects so far. I have not felt jittery, but I have definitely had more energy and a decrease in appetite and decreased craving of sweets.
I even feel slightly more focused. The only negative thing I can say is the pills smell kind of bad, but I just keep my nose away from the bottle when I open it!
I wish I had taken measurements before starting because I already feel my clothes fitting better. I may take them today when I get home so I can track it, but I know I’ll be missing a little of what I have already lost.
Over all, this has been the best experience I have had with a diet pill / appetite suppressant. And sadly I have tried numerous different things. I have four children and have had 3 surgeries and 2 c-sections so my body will probably never look like it did when I was 18.
It’s nice to have enough energy to keep up with all four of my girls and maybe make sure that spark stays in my husband’s eyes when he looks at me!
I’ll post again in a few weeks, and hopefully I’ll be closer to my goal weight (20 lbs lighter)!
Tonya on 10 Nov 2008 at 4:49 pm #
I have used the pills for about 2 weeks and have not lost any weight. I do admit that they curve my hunger but when they wear off, all I want to do is eat.
They keep me awake at night and then I crash during the day and they make me retain fluid which is making me feel horrible. I don’t think this is the pill for me.
Joe on 27 Nov 2008 at 5:22 pm #
This is the best diet pill I’ve ever taken.
No jitters, it DOES suppress my appetite big time, and when I do eat, I can only eat about a tenth of what I normally do.
Gives a clear, bright, awake feeling that leaves you happy doing your days work.
The energy, fat burning potential and appetite suppression are great.
My only complaints are sometimes feeling bloated at night if I eat too much, and sometimes being restless and not being able to sleep well. But hey, I get up earlier, feel fine, and have more time to work on my diet/training plan.
I gave it to friends who normally take those pills that make you all wired, and they LOVED these.
Again, taking it and sitting on your butt watching tv won’t help – get up, train, eat right, and meet your goals!

I have been taking Nuphedragen for about 2 months now and have lost an additional 15 pounds while taking them.
Before I was averaging about 5 pounds a month loss, and with this I lost about 9 extra pounds the first month, then an additional 6 the next.
I dont know if it was the pill per say, but the extra energy was helpful and it made me less of a ‘bored’ eater. Usually that’s the hardest part, b but with this pill the desire to eat is gone.
It DOES give you a funny burning sensation if you don’t drink enough water. It also will make you look a little bloated your first couple of weeks – you may gain a few pounds, but after that, your body is flushed out (you need to drink a LOT of water with the product to keep the burning sensation away as well as keep you from feeling overly jittery) you can see the results
I think people need to realize that its NOT a miracle pill, you won’t loose 10 pounds overnight because of them, you will NOT loose a full dress size in 3 days, or none of that, but they DO help you curb your hunger and also, it helps with you with energy and focus.
I do take a week off between bottles to keep my body from becoming desensitived to it and think thats been helping.
I’m about 6′2, and a size 16, I want to get to a size 12 by 2010. I think I can do it before then, but I figured that’s enough time to loose the weight at a healthy pace and keep it off!
Diana on 07 Dec 2008 at 2:19 pm #
I have been taking these pills – two a day for 6 months. My starting weight was 264 lbs, I now weigh 176 lbs. The weight loss was slow at first, only 4 lbs a month for the first 2 months.
After that I started losing around 20 lbs per month. The only side effects I have are being really thirsty and not sleeping a lot – only about 2 to 3 hours a night. I cut back to taking only one pill first thing in the morning and that has helped me to sleep better.
Because of the slow weight loss at first I almost stopped taking Nupedragen, but because it made me feel more energetic than I had in years I kept taking them. I also found that it helps if you take a week off between bottles.

I ordered 3 bottles and then USPS said they had been sent a notification that the Nu website would send the package. That was 1/15/09. I ordered on 1/12/09. Today it’s 20th. The pills have still not shipped.
I sent 3 emails asking questions over 3 days. They have STILL not written back. I don’t know if I am getting ripped off, but I thought the actual website of the pill would be reliable.
If you have not bought this pill yet, I would suggest buying from somewhere other than their own website. They have the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced!

I’ve been taking Nuphedragen for only about 2 weeks and I’m already starting to see results. I lost 12 lbs in first 10 days. I’m pretty over weight so I tried many products and by far this is the best one I’ve taken. Amazing!
I have problem with eating. Before, I could never stop myself from eating food throughout the day. Ever since I’ve been taking nuphedragen, I don’t have the desire to eat – which I believe is the key to losing weight.
Maria on 24 Jan 2009 at 2:28 pm #
I stated taking these on Tuesday, I haven’t weighed yet because it’s only Friday, so not sure if I’ve lost anything – I doubt it after just 3 days! I’m going to weigh myself after I’ve finished the bottle, so it will have been 2 weeks from the time I started taking them.
I haven’t really had the jitters, although it’s a bit weird after I’ve taken one sometimes – a bit like I’m here, but not here, if you know what I mean.
I’ve had loads of energy though, which is awesome! I’m the worst morning person EVER, and the first couple of mornings I was just like normal, but today I’ve bounced out of bed!
I find I’m getting tired earlier in the nights though – but maybe that’s because my period is due – but last night I couldn’t sleep properly, I was very restless which is annoying!
I’m going to the bathroom more than usual, which can’t be a bad thing. I’m feeling fuller sooner when I eat, not hungry so much, but when I AM hungry, I’m starving!
Mixed review really, I’ll leave other comments along the way to give a clearer idea about them as the 2 weeks go by…
Tina on 29 Jan 2009 at 8:34 am #
I think I came upon this website after purchasing the pills on 24 DEC 08. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM! Stupid me I bought two bottles just knowing I’d received them and they’d work. I’ve also tried contacting the company to no avail. Unfortuantely I don’t have $100 to give away. If you are reading these reviews for guidance as to whether or not you should purchase this item, please take heed to what some of us are saying. I am so upset right now it’s ridiculous. I’m in the process of contacting the better business bureau.

This pill is awesome. I was very skeptical at first (and it is expansive compare to other pills!) but since there were so many great reviews by other people that I decided to try it.
I must say that $59.00 was bit much for a diet pills but it was worth it!
I’m 20 years old, 5`4“ and about 130 lbs (or was). Within last 1 month I lost 20 lbs. and Now I am at 110 lbs!
I stopped taking it because I don’t want to lose anymore weight but the results were absolutely amazing.

Alas, I am still fat
These pills didn’t do anything for me. Truth be known, I actually GAINED weight which has really peed me off! I didn’t have any problems with them really, only what I said on my previous posting, but I was hungry all the time and felt bloated the whole time I was taking them. I don’t understand how it works so well for some and then doesn’t work at all for others! So, to conclude, I’m still the same weight I was before. Well, actually, I’m 2 lbs heavier.
Bummer

I started taking Nuphedragen about a week ago. So far I have lost 5 lbs. I notice that my energy level is up. I have tried SO many other diet pills, and I have to say that this one is the most effective. I don’t have the urge to eat nearly as much as I use to and I feel full after eating just a little bit. It seems to make me crave water more. I didn’t use to be much of a water drinker. I am anxious to see how much I will have lost after the 30 day supply. If I continue to lose like I have been, I will for sure order more. BTW I am a 35 year old mom and am so glad I found Nuphedragen.

I am having very small meals mostly veggies and can tell I have lost weight -clothes much looser already. So far so good. In two weeks I will see how I am doing and if this continues I will order another 30 day supply. A week ago I was bloated and miserable, now I feel leaner and much happier.

It has been 4 days since I started Nuphedragen and all it has done is make me vomit. I also got double charged and the customer service number that was on my bank statement was not valid. I called the number and some guy who answered claimed his cell phone number was put on it by accident.
Needless to say 2 days later I received an answer to an email I sent about the double charge, and was told to refuse the extra bottle, and when they got it back they would then refund my money. How many customers do they do this to, to collect interest?
So far I haven’t seen my credit.

I am quite unhappy & disappointed with Nuphedragen. I take the recommended 2 pills per day. Each pill is accompanied by having to drink a 16 oz glass of water. That alone will give you a ” full feeling” and you may eat less because of it! The heavy amount of caffeine in each pill is dangerous according to my doctor. She tells me caffeine will actually stimulate the appetite which is why I apparently felt NO APPETITE SUPPRESSING!!! I did feel jittery and nervous.
I felt restless, & therefore motivated to keep going at tasks, but I don’t consider that as “energy” just nervous restlessness. My appetite did not decrease& I noticed no desire to eat less or less often. That was the biggest disappointment for me personally. I paid a “discount” rate of $156.00 for 3 bottles and feel like I wasted the money which I am pretty saddened by.
As far as fat burning goes, I haven’t noticed much difference in the fit of my clothes or in how I look after 2 bottles. I am eating smaller portions, more fruit & veg & protien & much less sugar, so I expect any progress will be from my own efforts & willpower not from these useless pills. The company has bad customer service, slow shipping, and no refunds are offered.

When I read the reviews I wanted to know people’s background (to see if it matched mine). So for anyone else who is researching Nuphedragen, and is like me, this is for you.
I’m 23, female, 5′8.5″, (starting weight before nuphedragen) 141.5 lbs. I recently graduated college the middle of December 2008. I’ve always been very active, and exercised a lot. But for the last year and a half got out of my routine, ate unhealthy, and drank a lot (gotta love college).
So coming out of college I weighed 151 (going into college my freshman year, weighed 132). For the first month and a half I lost 9.5 lbs on my own with exercising VERY rigorously for 5-6 days a week, and moderately dieting. For the last few of weeks it’s been IMPOSSIBLE for me to get below 141.
So after reading so-so reviews and researching this pill, I decided to take a chance. I’ve been taking it for 4 days, and following the directions (2 pills a day, a half an hour before breakfast & lunch), then just doing the same thing I’ve been doing for the last 2 months. In 4 days, I’ve lost 5 pounds!! I’m SO happy, and hoping this will continue to work. I haven’t had any crazy side effects, besides just having to go pee more than usual.
That’s about it…I’ll follow up at the end of my bottle! I hope my review helps out others (sorry it’s so lengthy).
Editor’s comments: Jessica, the majority of the weight you have lost is water weight. It is impossible to lose 5 pounds of fat (the equivalent of 17,500 stored calories) in 4 days. Please see this blog post for more on the “realities” of weight loss.

I took Nuphedragen for the first time today and am experiencing very positive results so far. My work out routine was more energized, I felt up beat and clear headed, with a noticeable surpressed appetite. No jitters, depression or nausea (I’ve experienced all of that with other diet pills).
I think it is important to note that I took only one pill today..after a light breakfast. I know that is not what the directions say, but it has worked wonderfully for me. Also I did not have my usual morning coffee and limited caffiene throughout the day..I’ll keep you posted!
Editor’s comments: We’d like to encourage commentors to spend more time experimenting with products before posting comments… the initial day is important, of course, but our visitors will receive greater value if you post feedback after several weeks or months.

I read a lot of comments here before I ordered my bottle. It seems to have a good effect on some people, and not work very well for others. But you never know until you try it, so I did. I took it for four days. It was terrible. It actually had the opposite effect that I was hoping it would have. Instead of suppressing my appetite, it made me more hungry. Instead of giving me energy, it made me sleepy. I was also in a very bad mood for the latter three days I took it and couldn’t explain why. I think maybe the pills had something to do with my mood. I gave it four days, but I quit taking it as soon as possible.
But now I have this bottle of 56 pills that cost me more than $1 per per (I had to pay shipping) and it’s doing me no good. I wonder if there’s anyone out there who could benefit from my bottle of 56 pills. Maybe someone would like to try a few before you buy them or would like to have my bottle because it costs less than a bottle of 60 from the website. I know it’s risky to get pills from a stranger on the internet, but I would provide any info needed to make one feel comfortable doing so. If anyone is interested, contact me, Tasha at tashah@mccarthy-cos.com

I am a w/m, 35 years old, had a starting weight of 248 lbs and was down to 236 when I started keeping track of my progress.
From 10 March 09 – 8 April 09 I was using Hydroxycut Hardcore by Muscletech ($59.99) and my first recorded weight was 236lbs. During this time, I worked out and average of 25 minutes a day while trying to keep my heart rate in Zone 2 (heart rate at 60-70% or 114-132 beats per minute) which is my fat burning zone. Weight wise I fluctuated between 236lbs and 240lbs during this time.
I have been looking for a new diet supplement when I came across Nuphedragen on the internet. I looked into several different websites which had information on a variety products. It was never listed as the top product on the sites but it had a quality that I was looking for – 20mg Synephrine HCl which is like ephedra. Ephedra worked very well for me in loosing weight.
I started taking Nuphedragen on 9 April 09. I only took one pill for the next three days while I let my body adjust to it. My beginning weight on 9 April 09 was 238lbs and it has gone up to 242lbs on 13 April 09. I should also say that I always weigh myself in the mornings after I get up.
It is still too soon for me to say if Nuphedragen is working or not but I will post again in a few weeks to a month. I have not felt any jitters yet nor have I had a loss in appetite. In addition to weighing myself I also plan to start taking my body mass index (BMI).
Editor’s comments: Ray, supplement retailers have long touted synephrine as “ephedra’s chemical cousin” and an effective weight lose agent. if you check out the review here, you’ll see that synephrine offers none of the benefits of ephedra, and is pretty much a dud for weight loss.

I just ordered my second bottle and let me tell you about the 1st one. Me and my mom bought a bottle two months ago and I lost 25 lbs in 1 month – my mom gained 7lbs. We worked out together and had the same meal plan. What was different? The attitude. She was determined they wouldn’t work and I was determined they would. It did for me.

I started taking Nuphedragen on April 8, 2009 and have been taking it for 37 days now (May 11, 2009) . I have only been taking one pill a day and have changed my eating habits also. I point this out because I can not say it was the Nuphedragen and/or the change in diet that had the most effect on my weight loss. I started out at 238 lbs and am now down to 233 lbs. My highest weight was 244 lbs and my lowest weight was 230. I would say that I had a weight loss between 5 – 8 lbs for the time frame. The calories burnt were obtained from a heart rate watch used during each of the workout sessions.

I ordered this product from a seller on Ebay. I took one pill and it did absolutely nothing. I usually take FASTIN, which really suppresses the appetite, almost as well as ADIPEX (PHENTERMINE). I am very disappointed and feel almost like I was ripped off. I felt nothing, almost like there was nothing in the capsule. My husband took one, and NOTHING! We took two, and felt absolutely nothing. It has to be a “dud” bottle from this seller on Ebay, (LOUIE is the seller’s name). Not sure what to think.

I’ve taken so many diet pills and until now ephedra was the only thing that worked and even that I became immune to. I have been taken this for about a week and it helps with eating. I no longer eat crap and a little health food goes a long way. My mood is great and I do not feel jittery. I think so far this pill is good. Ill let you know when and if I lose the 30 lbs I want to.

I’m on my 2nd day, I started 150, and I’m at 146. Considering that i play water polo, I have to constantly eat random things to replenish my calories, but I notice the significant hunger reduction. Because usually right after I swim i’m ready to eat anything, but now I can actually stop and think, “Ok, I’m gonna have this yogurt and veggies rather than an entire freaking cake.”
So yeah, it works. But be careful!
Obviously a diet pill doesn’t make you lose weight on its own, you need to eat right and exercise everyday for the pounds to go. It’s an aid. So I hope the people working on this aren’t just sitting there and taking this pill expecting results.
Do it right or not at all!
Love and peace!

Any ideas?

Editor’s comments: A smart diet and exercise program is your best bet. We recommend Tom Venuto’s Burn The Fat program, but you can find a more extensive list of programs here.

Unfortunately I have put on 1.5 kg on Nuphendragen. I have just finished my 1 and only bottle. I weigh 130 lb at a height of 5′7. I was only trying to lose about 10 pounds to tone up. This product is not recommended at all. I would recommend Lean System 7 and Ripped Factors as they have worked for me in the past. These pills do seem to good to be true because they are.
I must say I did feel a morning lift when I took them in the morning and they did help a little when I trained, but a coffee would have done the same. Was a little jittery in the beginning but other than that, no side effects, waste of money and time!
Oh, by the way, I am generally quite active with sports and training and I have had 2 children. Just a bit of background, I didn’t expect them to work on their own, but they didn’t work with my usual low GI diet and exercise either.

I have not tried them yet. I am fatter than I have ever been (except after childbirth) and at age 49 it is so much harder to lose any weight than ever before. I am 5′8″ and weigh about 165… 20 LBS more than I want, although I would settle for 15 pound weight-loss.
I used to have so much energy and worked out and ate right~ now I am sluggish and tired and FAT. Would this be a good “jump start”? I understand the need for simple good eating habits and exercise, but I think my metabolism is going through “the change…” Any help?
Editor’s comments: Teresa, Fenphedra contains a pile of common stimulants, so it will definitely give you a boost – if that’s what you’re looking for. That may be all you need to get you motivated and back in the gym. Regarding “the change”; it’s always a good idea to see your physician for some blood work and related tests to determine if there is some other underlying issue contributing to your weight gain and/or fatigue.

I’m 5′4 and weighed 130 lbs before I started taking Nuphedragen. After a week of taking 1-2 pills a day (depending on when I remembered to take it), the scale has been reading 135 lbs instead. I’m feeling a bit insecure about this diet pill and couldn’t decide if I should continue or discontinue this product? What could be the cause of this gain since I was okay before I took this product?
Editor’s comments: Your body weight can fluctuate on a daily basis (depending on several factors, including how hydrated you are) even as much as 5-10 lbs. It is unlikely you gained 5 lbs of fat in a week. Try weighing yourself every day at the same time (first thing in the AM is best), and see how you make out. Try discontinuing the product for a week, and track your weight at the same time. If your weight goes back down, it may be the weight is nothing more than retained water.

I’m 18 and very fat, Everyone tells me that I am exceptionally beautiful but because of my weight I have horrible self esteem. I have tried working out and dieting and they just don’t seem to work!
I was looking through the internet for diet pills and found this one. I want to loose 30 lbs in 2 to 3 months. but because of all the mixed comments I’m so confused… should I get this? i want to lose weight and fast! Please help! Also if I take this pill and work out at the gym and diet is it possible I could lose 20 lbs in a month?
Editor’s comments: Diet and exercise may not be working for you because you’re looking to “lose weight fast.” Losing weight is doable, but it doesn’t happen overnight. Most experts recommend 1-2 pounds of weight per week is the most you should be losing, as its the most sustainable. As far as this product goes, please read the review. You’ll see the claims are exaggerated and the ingredients are mediocre at best. Our recommendation is to make sure you’re diet is on order (i.e. you are not over consuming calories, or alternatively, consuming too few calories) and stick with the exercising.

I think what people seem to forget, is that everyone is different than the other, results will not be the same, I have been taking the pills for about 3 weeks now, I have more energy, I’m burning more fat, but I’m putting on more weight, why, I will tell you why, as my doctor told me, the pills are burning fat in my body, but replacing the fat with lean muscle, which everyone knows muscles weight more than fat, so it could be, that the extra weight your putting on is muscles, that means all you have to do, is do the extra work and tone it up.
Editor’s comments: James, no pill can “replace burnt fat with muscle”. And the nuphedragen formula isn’t even particularly effective for weight loss. If you are seeing results, it is very likely a result of the hard work you are doing at the gym.

I have tried multiple pills (xenadrine, xenadrine rfa, venom) but either they were to strong (Venom just puts you over the hill!) or to weak.
I have started using Nuphedragen based on research on websites – as others have stated the product is not always in the top-range in reviews but rather “solid”
My goal was to run a halfmarathon, which I will do in two weeks time and Nuphedragen was a major factor in reaching that goal! I have lost about 40pounds in a year and I really love the energy kick you get prior to go running
(careful though, you will get quite thirsty and might have some mild burning sensation if you do not drink enough water)
Overall a great product: no so strong that you think an elephant has just stomped on your head, great appetite supression and will give you that extra kick to pick up your workout

I have been taking Nuphedragen for about three days. I have to admit that the appetite suppressant is pretty good. However, it does not provide the energy that it claims. And, on one site they said that it was rumored to contain the ingredients of Phentermine. I have taken Phentermine and this is far from true. It is nowhere near it. I was looking for something that provided energy as well as appetite suppression and that wasn’t what I got. However, if you are looking for something that just keeps you from being hungry, this is for you.

I am not an overweight person, I am just looking to slim down and get a more sleek look. I have been taking Nuphedragen for about a week now and have lost three pounds. I have not felt the appetite suppressant kick in; however the pills make me nauseated which in turn makes me not want to eat. They also keep me up a bit at night – I am sure due to the caffine. But hey – three pounds down and only 10 more to go :}
