I did lose 2 lbs right away, but my weight went back up 2 lbs. I work out about 3-4 days a week and eat about 1600 calories a day but just turned 50 so was hoping this would help me jump-start my slowing metabolism. I'm getting frustrated and losing hope---but I did notice today that I looked slimmer, which I thought was pretty cool. I haven't had any jitters, haven't gotten sick, or anything. If anything, I'm hungrier than ever, which is the opposite of what I wanted! I will keep with it though--I only bought one bottle. I'll write more as the weeks go on and write my results. Even though I had good intentions of really "dieting" and increasing my exercise routine, life has become busy and my eating habits have been worse than usual and my activity level is definitely less than typical. Even so, I have seen results. I did not lose 7 lbs in a week as there website claims, but I have definitely noticed an increase in overall muscle tone and have noticed that I just feel 'good'.
