Yes I used a whole bottle of slimq uick, and wondered how i can go about getting a refund?
I lost a total of ZERO pounds, and it claims, that one loses weight. Ok……so since I lost nothing at all, can I please get a refund, or something new to try? Something that actually might work?
I mean, that is how products work right? If it works, ok, but if not, i would expect my money back.
Thanks, and waiting to hear from you, Jacqueline Way

I started using Slim quick about 5 days ago. As of yet I have not even lost 1/2 pound. I went to the doctor yesterday with severe leg pain starting from my thigh going all the way down into my calf. They thought I had a blood clot, but I didn’t.
I took another pill this morning and the pain started again!! I called the company and made a complaint, they tried to tell me that there are absolutely no side effects.
I have taken nutrition classes and one of the teachers told us that everything can have a potential side effect.
I think they need to do some research on the herbs in their product, which is what I plan on doing right now. I will not take this product again and plan to pursue this matter.

This was the second product I tried. I noticed I could exercise while taking this and not feel any heart pounding result like Hydroxycut Hardcore.
Then I started to wonder when I was going to feel the diet pill at all.
I lost weight but I completely dedicate that to my diet not the pill. I lost the average amount, about 1-2 lbs a week because of my rigorous exercise and diet routine.
The problem with this pill is nothing because it does nothing! Good news there’s also no jitters. Read the full review they show you all the nothing in this product!

I started taking Slimquick about a week ago. My family and I have noticed a huge difference in my personality and temperment.
My energy level is through the roof… before I had no energy to do anything. It took everything I had just to clean house, do laundry or cook. I would always have to take a midday nap just to have energy to cook dinner for my family.
Since I started with slimquick, I have not had to take a nap yet. I even find that I am sleeping better at night too.
I have an under active thyroid caused by my weight. I can not afford the monthly blood tests and the medication that my doctor wants me to get. So, I saw he commercial about how slimquick can help with hormonal imbalances. I discussed it with my doctor and he agreed I could give it a try.
I have to say I am completely in shock at how different I feel. I am much calmer and nowhere as moody as I was.
Before I started taking slimquick I was wearing a size 24W and in just one week I am back into my size 20W, again.
This product is amazing and if it holds up to what the commercials say I will be back down to my 14 – 16’s in no time.
This is an awesome product and would recommend it to anyone.

I have been using slimquick for over a year.
I don’t take it everyday like i should but i definitely seen a difference in myself when i do.
It suppresses my appetite, gives my energy, curves my mood swings, and i have lost weight without exercising regularly.
Crazy huh? Well, its true and its the only thing that has ever worked with out me having to exercise.
I still buy it and as a matter of fact i wanna try the new stuff you drink. I absolutely love it. If nothing else, its like an energy pill that doesn’t make me feel crazy.
I guess maybe it works different for everyone. If i did have the motivation to work out I’m positive i would lose more weight but even though it gives me energy, I would rather find something else to do than exercise!
I hope my testimony has helped. Thanks, susan

I feel that losing weight is a frame of mind. You have to want to in your heart and mind they both have to ready.
Well mine are now ready after trying so many diets and they all failed. But this time i needed a pick me up to just have a little more energy and Slim quick is doing the job. I have only been taking the pills for one week. I am looking forward to the second week.
All in all i really haven’t seen a change in my appetite, but the energy is great! We will see about the weight loss in a couple of weeks.

What I don’t see in these reviews are what the user weighed when beginning with the product and how much weight they wanted to lose.
I agree each person is different and taking a pill isn’t all you have to do and not change eating and exercise. I will try this product and will give a review when I am done.
I am currently 220 and want to right now just get under 200. I want a start and am hoping this will help.

Hi there! I began taking this product after a friend suggested it. I have had some health issues this year that have prevented me from doing much of anything.
After having surgery and a long recoup time, I ballooned up to 256. As soon as I could move, I began working out on the elliptical my dad bought me 4 times a week.
After taking 4 months to lose and get down to 247, I hit a plateau and started to creep back up again. I found my appetite bigger than normal (probably because I was working out and burning more calories).
A friend suggested I give SlimQuick a try because she really liked the appetite suppressant and the energy levels she was getting.
So, I gave it a shot starting last Tuesday. I got the basic Slim Quick and the Hoodia supplement to go with it at my local drug store.
Tuesday morning came, I got up measured and weighed myself and kept track of anything I ate. I don’t want to give up all the good stuff in life, but I want to change some of my habits. So, I went along all week, walking on the elliptical 4 days and light weight training and stretching 3 days. Probably 4 hours total out of the week.
I found my exercise easier and more enjoyable because I had more energy. When I sat down to eat meals, I didn’t change much, just cut all my portions in half, saying I could come back and eat the rest if I wanted.
Funny thing, I didn’t need the other half of my meal. My appetite was satisfied with half of my normal intake. I didn’t feel starved or deprived. If I felt like having dessert with my family, I had dessert. But instead of ordering a latte AND a piece of pie, I ordered hot tea and a half slice of pie. My craving was satisfied, and I was happy with myself.
You all know that feeling the next day after eating something you should have said no to. I didn’t have that. I thought, I can enjoy my life and still lose weight. Sure, I could lose faster if I cut that stuff out all together, but how long really will I stick to it?
I have a good friend who maintains a healthy weight, but doesn’t diet. She has a moderate exercise routine and eats what she wants. “Everything in moderation” is how she puts it. Funny thing, because she says to herself, that nothing is “off-limits” she doesn’t want them all that often.
So, after all the “changes” and background of my story, here is the low down on my experience with slim quick:
Starting weight 1 week ago: 247 Body mass index of 40. YIKES! Measurements for arms legs, waist and bust. 4 hours of total exercise for the week and no energy to do much.
1 week of slimquick and slimquick hoodia supplement, 4 hours of total exercise, and cutting my diet in half (surprisingly easy) I have lost 3 pounds, making my BMI 39.4. Not a lot of ground, but it’s going in the right direction. Now, I have lost 9.75 inches total over my body. 1.50 of those inches was in my belly!
If someone asked me, will you take it again, “ARE YOU KIDDING?!!?” If I can be a happier person and lose inches like that and make myself healthier at the same time, of course! LOVE IT!

I only had a little bit of extra weight around my hips and thighs that I wanted to lose, because I was having a hard time fitting into my pants — and being able to zip them — after a difficult pregnancy.
I already walk about 3 times a day (with a stroller, and a dog on a leash) for about 20 minutes a time, do lots of house work, and try to get some time doing calisthenics, but it’s hard, and I am a disabled vet.
I didn’t want to be the size 2 I was out of the military, but being able to comfortably remain in my size 6 was my goal, and I felt I needed some help.
I first tried the slimquick powder packets, which I liked a lot, and after 2 weeks, I noticed, not only was I not craving sweets as much, it was having a positive effect in how my anxiety meds were tolerated in my body as well. No jitters, no mood swings (and I have an anxiety disorder), and by the 2nd week, my cravings for sweets, and carbs was greatly reduced.
I didn’t notice anything really different until the 2nd week — so for all you who have only been on it for 1 week, and didn’t notice anything, this is NOT a lose weight fast product, BUT it will help you lose weight, especially if you are plateauing for whatever reason.
I think so many women have tried a lot of diet pills, and since they aren’t getting quick results and dramatic results, and don’t ‘feel’ like it’s working, they think it isn’t.
I didn’t change my diet (was already not drinking sodas, eating steamed, and baked and rarely junk — except for dessert!!!), but I didn’t crave baked sweets, and was even able to pass them up, and not think of them all night long! I also lost the taste for alcohol (and I do like the occassional beer).
Definately very SUBTLE changes (and I again, didn’t really change anything in diet or exercise levels), BUT I did, at the end of the first month, lose 5 pounds. enough to allow me to zip my jeans, without cutting circulation off to my head :-p.
Since then, I’ve switched to the pills, because of time, and added more toning and firming exercises to my daily routine, and have lost about 5 more pounds over the course of 2 months (about 10 total pounds). I’ve reduced back to 2 pills a day, for maintenance, and keeping up my added exercise, but I’m confident, I’ll stay this size. I’m in my mid 30s, and disabled, and though I don’t want to be 104 anymore, I’m really happy with my lose size 6!
By the way the nice thing is, I didn’t lose any breast size, or firmness, which I think a lot of the diet pills target any fatty area (hence fast weight loss) instead of an overall assistance in how your body processes fat storage, and evenly allows loss.
IT”S NOT FAST, but if you stick with it a few more weeks than just ONE, it does really make a difference.
Heather on 08 Jan 2008 at 6:12 pm #
I started the SlimQuick Plan yesterday and what a difference already. My appetite reduced dramatically. I feel calm and have tons of energy.
I ate healthy and will start exercising in a week or two (foot injury). Yesterday’s weight 260 lbs. Today’s weight 258 lbs. I drank 10 glasses of water.
My family was calling me cranky and I was starting to feel very down about my weight. My mood has been great and I’m feeling very positive about this.
I think that each product works differently on people. You have to want this. You have to commit to this and give it a shot. Perhaps the people using it for a month, were tiny people trying to lose that last 5 pounds. Perhaps they were in a plateau. Maybe they should have given it a chance and tried a second bottle.
All I know, is that I have committed to using this product and I will give it my all.
Keep you posted. See you in a week !

I started taking SlimQuick about 6 months ago before the “New & Improved” formula hit the market. It helped me with my craving to shove food down my throat.
It also cut my sweet tooth down to just about nothing. I also noticed that I was not fatiqued in the evenings after work. And my peri-menopause mood swings were gone.
I didn’t lose a lot of weight, but did lose some. Now comes the “New & Improved” formula…IT DOES NOT WORK! I really wish they would go back to the little blue pills…. SLIMQUICK HAS LOST A CUSTOMER!

I have been taking SlimQuick for 1 year and 2 months. I have lost a total of 72 pounds, and will continue taking SlimQuick until I lose my last 13 pounds to reach my goal weight.
While on SlimQuick I did change my eating habits to meals by companies such as Healthy Choice and Lean Cuisine.
I had never exercised when using SlimQuick until the last 3 weeks. I have began walking 2 miles a day.
Likes??? NOT HUNGRY!!!! Dislikes??? NONE
I would definitely recommend SlimQuick to friends and family.
SlimQuick has been a positive, life-changing product and experience.

I am in my second week of taking Slim Quick. I had a baby 6 months ago and gained over 60lbs with him.
It has made me feel so good about myself — it has given me energy and has helped my eating habits so much.
I am walking about 2 to 3 miles a day and going to them gym 3 to 4 times a week . Lost a total of 10lbs.
I think its great.

All in all, this is the second time I have used Slim Quick to assist me to lose some more weight. The first time I was on it about 2 months, followed the plan to the “t” and lost almost 30 pounds. I hit a plateau and now I’m using it again to help me over that hump. It works!

Our church is raising money by doing a weight loss competition. SO, I decided to take Slimquick. So far, the caffeine is not bothersome.
I don’t feel a decrease in appetite yet, but perhaps that will come when I take 4 a day instead of 2. I’m amazed when I read that others are disappointed because they have lost no weight, yet they admit they didn’t change their diet and/or exercise.
No pill will work if you aren’t doing your part! I look forward to posting my results soon!

I have been using Slimquick for 2 months. I feel I have wasted my money. The real solution to losing weight is diet, exercise and a drink lot of water.
What I am most upset about with this misleading product is, my family and friends have noticed horrible mood swings and I myself have had some bad episodes. This product does not help with your mood as it states!
I am getting off of this product and going back to regular diet and exercise as i always have. Like I said what I am most upset about is the mood swings!
Beware of this product, it does not do anything but make you into a monster and use the bathroom a lot!
Katie on 07 Feb 2008 at 1:28 pm #
Before trying Slim Quick, I had been exercising and eating a strict diet that cut out carbs and fat. I saw little change for a month so I decided to try Slim Quick to help my body along.
I’m half way through my first week but I already notice a reduced appetite and have lost 3 pounds already. I think this is a product for people who are not able to lose weight simply through diet and exercise.
I have had a history of hormone imbalance so even if I don’t lose weight due to this product, I am glad to have the natural ingredients in it improving my health.
I can understand why some people would not think this works, but I do not believe that this is for everyone.

I’ve been taking SlimQuick for about 2 1/2 months now.
I gained a TON of weight during my pregnancy (70 lbs total). Since then, I’ve lost a whopping 55 pounds but a lot of that was baby, breastfeeding and water weight.
After my 6 week checkup, I started working out at a gym doing circuit training. I recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight and burn fat – it really works! I’ve lost 20lbs since hitting the gym and about 25 inches…
Now, for my opinion of SlimQuick….I don’t know if it helps to lose weight faster. They recommend you work out and stick to their diet but you’d lose weight no matter what diet pill you’re taking (if any) if you watched what you eat and work out.
I’d say to save the $30 a month and just do it the old fashioned way. Try circuit training and eating healthy and if you NEED the energy (which SlimQuick does help with) by all means take it, but if you’re not used to the caffeine or if you have any health problems like a bad heart, I wouldn’t advise it.
Oh yeah, drink a TON of water. I noticed that on days when I don’t drink much water, the SlimQuick makes me realyl dehydrated and I feel crappy.
Emarie on 12 Feb 2008 at 10:14 am #
This is my second time taking this product and the same thing happened again!
The ad says that it doesn’t take away from your breast size – but every time I take this, I look like the Slim Quick commercial where it all shrinks away – AND FAST. This is the primary reason why I chose this product.
Has anyone else had this problem? Could it be because I am on hypothyroidism meds and maybe it is counter acting?
Editor’s Note: A large percentage of a woman’s breast is made up of fatty tissue. When restricting calories and dieting, it is not uncommon for a woman’s breasts to shrink in size as the amount of fatty tissue diminishes.

I just bought slimquick and wanted to buy it and try it out. My belly is somethin I really wanna get rid of. But i had to say somethin when I saw these reviews.
Yes, diet and exercise does help u lose weight but a pill for energy (like this one has) helps u do those things, and if u didnt lose any in a week most people don’t , u have to push urself to lose weight and exercise (i recently lost alot). Yes its true u may not see a change in one week, most meds take at least 2 weeks to fully run through ur system. So I don’t know yet if this pill works but I wouldnt give up on it in a week or 2. There is no magic pill, theres only u that u can believe in to do it

A couple years ago one of my friends/co workers told me about Slim quick. I thought “what the heck” — I don’t have anything to lose besides the $30 I spent on the bottle.
Well I was very pleased with it. I didn’t change my diet plan I just started walking on a treadmill and doing incline programs. I lost 10 lbs with the one bottle and I felt great.
I am now, after a few years going to try it again. The first 10 lbs I lost 2 years ago stayed off now I am hoping to lose another 10lbs.
I would recommend Slim Quick to anyone but it may not work for some people.

Hi everyone I am starting my second week on SlimQuick and I have lost about 4lbs. I am not trying to push the issue of losing the weight quickly.
The booklet that came with it says to use with diet and exercise. I have a treadmill and I have noticed the toning and also more muscle coming in where the fat use to be. I love it!
I am hoping to lose a few pounds a month. I was 220 and now I am down to 216. Working hard to keep it off. I do see the cravings have decreased. I love this stuff.
Kay on 20 Feb 2008 at 5:28 pm #
The first time I used SlimQuick, I immediately lost 5lbs within three days but I was working out and watching my food intake. I stopped using the product and started eating and of course I gained weight.
This product does work for some people (everyone responds differently to products) but you must realize that if you take SQ you MUST diet and exercise! This pill is a DIET AIDE, it is not a “magic pill”, if you take it while eating unhealthy you will actually GAIN weight!
So I am now taking this product for the third time and lost 10lbs in 5 weeks. I am exercising 30min 3-4 days week, this product works for me and my goal is to lose 60lbs.

I was on SlimQuick for 3 months from Aug to the end of Oct 2007. Before that I had literally tried everything to lose weight. I started at 217 lbs and am currently 180.
SlimQuick was by far the best product for me because it supressed my appetite which was the hardest thing for me. I work long and odd hours so going to the gym or working out was not for me. I did not have to work out with SlimQuick.
It worked out for me!
Within a month, people started to really notice a change in me with not only my weight but also the way I was acting. I was calmer and more cheerful and I looked good! It is defintely NOT just the eating and the exercise b/c I didn’t exercise and I did not really change the way I ate.
I told everyone who asked about SlimQuick and 3 of my friends are now taking it and loving the results.
I did find however, that I stopped losing weight and so I stopped taking it. I am happy to say that I did not gain back any weight but miss the way it made me feel.
SlimQuick works. Plain and simple.
Shronda on 20 Feb 2008 at 4:38 pm #
I have been using SlimQuick for about 4 or 5 weeks. I have only lost 2 lbs., but I must say I haven’t been exercising or dieting. For the most part, it is really helping with pms. I had no symptoms at all, in fact I didn’t even know it was time.
I was only having a bowel movement once or twice a week. Now I can go everyday! So if these pills are not good for anything else, they work fine on hormones and your digestive system.

I love slim quick. I’ve been taking the drinking powder (BERRY FLAVOR). I have noticed a big difference.
I started it right before my period. It’s been 3-4 weeks so far and no period yet. I don’t know if this product has had any effect on it.
I’m still going to keep taking this and in two weeks if my period hasn’t started then I’m going to stop taking this then see if it is causing it not to start.
I know that it give you gas like crazy and drys you out if you don’t drink enough.

I started walking last year and never lost a pound. I would walk 5 miles every other day and I maintained the same weight I have been for the last 7 years.
I started taking Slim Quick 5 weeks ago and I have lost 15 pounds. I have not been very careful what I eat and the diet plan is not possible for me as I am diabetic and vegetarian. I have walked less than I did last year, only about 2 miles every few days, and have seen some improvement.
Just like with money, if you are looking for a get thin quick scheme, this is not for you. But if you have patience, and don’t look at the scale all of the time, this does work.

I started taking Slimquick about 3 weeks ago. And, for the first few days I felt terrible — it was so bad that I even got in a car accident (nothing to serious). However, I continued to take them, but instead of taking 3 daily I would take 1 a day until my body could handle it.
Now, I take 2 pills twice a day and have to remind mind myself to eat something. I love slimquick! I have so much energy and I my starting weight was 165 I am now at 154 so I am excited — only 9 more pounds to go!

I have to say that I love this product.
I have only been on Slimquick for 4 days and I have lost about 5lbs. It is a great appetite suppressant, I have noticed that I no longer munch like I did before during the day, and at dinner time I actually leave food on my plate.
I do work out daily and watch what I eat (fruits vs. chips). I feel great and have energy. I can honestly say that if this continues; I hope to reach my goal weight, in just a couple months. I recommend this product. Thank you Slim quick.

I just started the powder version yesterday along with the Green Tea pill. I have 8wks before my wedding and I want to look stunning in that dress. So far I have had no feelings of jitterness and I don’t feel like munching….I have tried numerous of other products and they have done nothing. So I will update it in two weeks and let you know how it goes. Wish me luck.

I am in my first week, and I feel great! Doesn’t make me feel sick or any bad feelings. I don’t work out, my job does that for me, lol. I do see that I’m not getting those afternoon goodie attacks. Which is a very good sign.
I believe that for the people not saying good things about this product, you must remember, everyone is different and certain diets are not for everyone.
So maybe this wasn’t for you. I can’t wait to see what the next couple of weeks bring. Thanks SLIMQUICK!!!

I am finishing up my first week on SlimQuick and I am thrilled to say I have lost 2 pounds.
However, I am like some of the other ladies…I don’t know that its not just because I am actually doing my part in the diet and exercise plan. I am anxious to see what week two brings. I am hoping 2 more pounds are lost. My goal is to lose 15 pounds.
Torry on 14 Mar 2008 at 11:32 am #
It has been a week since I started and to say the least, I absolutely love it. I have lost 10lbs. Seven of those pounds was water weight, and the other 3 were actual lbs of fat.
I work out 4 times a week for 45min. I have had a ton of energy and my appetite has decreased tremendously. To let you all know I did stop using the green tea pills and this is all on the powder alone.
I am very anxious to see what I look like in the next couple of weeks. I will keep you posted. My goal is to lose 25-30 lbs all together, but definitely at least 15 solid lbs by the end of next month.
Jacynda on 17 Mar 2008 at 4:11 pm #
I have taken Slimquick for 4 days now. The first and second days were difficult; I took them prior to breakfast and eating, which resulted in nausea.
My husband recommended taking them after I had more food in my stomach and since evenings are my hardest times to not eat, it only made sense to take it after lunch. I now just take one pill after lunch.
It does make me a little anxious and makes my head feel light, but my husband (who played college football) said that it takes up to 2 weeks for the initial side-effects to diminish, so I’m going to keep giving it a try.
I do notice much improved work-outs; I feel like I could work out longer at a higher intensity. I also noticed decreased appetite.

I started using Simquick a few days ago after battling my weight since having children 20 years ago. I have tried many different diet pills and plans but never noticed any difference with them right away as I did with Slimquick.
The skin on my legs stopped feeling “tight” and I have already noticed some inches gone around my thighs and abdomen area. I am not dieting or exercising as of yet. I have also noticed a decrease in appetite and an increase in energy and concentration.
I have noticed some irritability but also noticed that it was during times of stress and anger over current issues in my life. However, I’ve also noticed a “calming” effect and don’t feel as scatter-brained as I use to. I am currently in pre-menopause stages and have noticed a decrease in most of the negative things pre-menopause does to the body.
As with anything consumed in the body, it needs time to adjust so to just dismiss this product right away because of a side effect or two seems kinda hasty. I’ll give this product some time.

I am 33 and 5′11. Right now I weigh between 148 to 150…by no means am I overweight, but even with exercise and a balanced diet I couldn’t get rid of the water weight I retain month to month, which just makes me feel heaver.
I thought I would try SlimQuick to see if it would rid me of that. I stared taking this product 3 days ago and have lost 5 lbs. already. However, it has made me more hungry than normal for me and tired a lot.
I have noticed everyones reviews are different. As women, I think we are all different and therein we all have different bodies. I think this product may offer success in the beginning, but after that you will get limited results. All this product is doing is messing with women’s metabolism.
There is no easy fix. To lose weight takes work. Exercise and a healthy lifestyle are key.

I am about 5′4 170lb. I am 24 yrs old and had my 5th child in August 2007. I use to be 110 prior to having kids 4 years ago and even after my 3rd child, I was able to go back down very quickly.
It wasn’t until the girls started coming when it became difficult to loose weight and decrease my appetite — because I was so used to eating anything and everything (the girls are a year apart back to back Marissa 8/23/2006 Audreyana 8/22/2007).
Anyhow I do a lot of research on products before I buy them and all the testimonials are a big help.
So I decided to go ahead out of all other weight loss products try this one, and I am almost done with my 1st week. I noticed on the very 1st day an appetite suppression. That’s good — I needed something to suppress those evil awful cravings.
So far I am pleased but have not weighed myself yet. My goal is to loose about 20lbs or so, and with these pills suppressing my appetite I am pretty positive of successful results.
Now I don’t have time to go to the gym but with 5 kids I think that is enough workout for me!
I will put myself on a scale on the end of my first week which is and post it here. Thanks for everyones input, it’s a big help — GOOD LUCK TO ALL!

I began taking SlimQuick 3 days ad so far, so good. I’ve lost 3 lbs so I’m excited. I’ve been working out every day for 30 – 45 minutes and I pre-plan my meals which keeps me from snacking on the bad stuff.
My goal is to lose 30lbs.
I have noticed that I have a lot more energy and my mood has been more calm, which is a great thing because I’d been complaining about feeling so tired and irritated.
No bad side effects although the pills do seem to make me feel hungrier than usual.
Overall I’m pleased with the results for now. I’ll definitely keep everyone updated on my progress.

I just started today-have been on a plateau for too long even with fairly strenuous exercise. If this is any indication- I’m sold! I couldn’t finish my fish and pineapple pieces. Until now, I have been ravenous all day every day. Hope to continue to see results.

I started taking Slimquick yesterday. I have noticed that I am very jittery and weird feeling within the first hour that I take it. It also makes me feel very anxious but it wears off afterwhile.
Yesterday I did not eat anything for breakfast and I felt a little sick. Today I ate a small breakfast and I didn’t feel so bad. I hope to lose at least 60lbs while using the Slimquick. I will keep everyone updated.

Here’s my update…I’ve now been taking SQ for a week and I’ve dropped a total of 5 lbs.
Still no side effects, although I’m still noticing that I feel hungier than before. I’ve also noticed that my craving for sugars and sweets has greatly diminished, which is great!
So far, I’m heading in the right direction. Only 25 more pounds to go.

I have been taking SlimQuick for about three weeks. I am not keeping track of my weight (though I have noticed that my “party pants” fit again) but have noticed an increase in energy. I have also had a major decrease in appetite and would recommend this system if that’s your goal.
Jess on 09 Apr 2008 at 1:34 am #
I used SlimQuick when I was 17, because after seeing a commercial for it I was quite intrigued. Now, when I used this product, I DID NOT cut out pop, chips, or other high fat/sugar foods. The only exercise I did was walking 15 minutes to school. However, I DID lose around 15 pounds over the course of two months.
I agree with what someone else said, it’s not going to work for everyone, I think it really depends on the person. But it really sucks for the people who dish out money and see no results from it.

I started slimquick a while ago, haven\’t checked my weight or anything…but I haven\’t gotten my period since I started it and my boyfriend and I have no had sex. Is there a link between the pills and my skipping a cycle???

3 weeks into this pill plus adding daily workout and a good healthy diet and I am starting to feel a bit disappointed that trying to loose 15/lb before summer is not looking promising.
I actually got these pills because I just wanted a little boost to loose wait fast.
I feel hungry all the time — even more than when I started taking them especially for sweets — which I’m not normally fond of?
What gives? Is this taken a reverse effect on me. Come this weekend I will purchase something else that will hype me-up to loose the pounds I need.
I even fell a bit tired at times. I am not over weight just wanted to trim the edges. This is not working.

I have been taking Slim Quick for a month now and have lost 8lbs (7 more lbs to go, I am currently 5′5 137). I love it.
Alhough my appetite is still ravenous before my period, I noticed that I retain less water now.
I work out 4 times a week, and I also noticed that I have more energy while doing cardio.

I have been taking these pills for 2 months. They make me go to the restroom. I took the original for 1 month. 2nd month slim quick with hoodia & calcium.
I have not seen anything yet. So I am on my 3rd month. If I do not see anything in the month of april I will change my diet pills and write the company for a refund.

I’ve always struggled with my weight and I had recently gained some extra weight even after eating healthy. I was on a very low calorie diet and taking walks for at least an hour and a half every day. I decided to boost it up a bit with a suppliment.
I finished the entire bottle according to the directions and nothing happened. I had no appetite supression and no weight loss. In my opinion this product is horrible waste of time and money.

SlimQuick gave me the creepy-crawlies. It made me jittery and queasy. I’m a coffee drinker, so I figured the caffeine in it wouldn’t bother me. I was very wrong. I’ll stick to portion control and moderate exercise – this stuff makes me feel like I’m playing with fire.

Ive been taking Slim Quick for a little over a week now. I’ve currently lost 8lbs. My energy level has increased while my appetite/cravings have decreased. Ive taken many other pills before (while eating healthy and exercising) and none have worked. I love this pill and I cant wait to see the long term result!

I have been using “slimquick new 6 ways for women” for a week now, I have just gone up to 4 pills a day I can HONESTLY say how surprised I am in this pill.
I have always had a weird weight issue and have tried numerous pills but this one has done wonders for me. I work all the time and never get to cook at home so I eat out a lot and I sit a lot at my job. I get bored and eat “unhealty” and noticed I was putting on weight but this pill gives me no urge to eat unhealthy. I have no cravings for sweets and when I go out the thought of greasy foods disgusts me.
It is like I want to eat healthy and before I just had my urges and went with them. I have noticed I have slimmed down a little but it is too soon to tell anything I am just so glad to have found something to control my cravings like it has.
If you have a problem with overeating or cravings all the time I HIGHLY recommend this product and I am so glad I found somewhere to be able to tell people about this.
Another thing I have noticed is I use to drink soda pop all the time and now I don’t have the need for it at all its like something in this triggers the unhealthy stuff and tells you not to eat it. Good luck to finding your diet I am truly proud of mine!

I started on SlimQuick Feb. 23, 2008. Now, on May 1, I have lost 27 lbs., going from a size 12 to a size 8.
I love the way I look and I feel great. I feel great and have even got my friends and co-workers trying it.

I started to take the pill 3 days ago. I’ve noticed a major difference in my personality. For the first time in class I did not get a major headache, or almost fall asleep. I’m not sure if the headache part was an effect of the pill.
I am 5′6″ and 167. I didn’t weigh myself immediately before I took it. I had weighed myself about a week before and I was 170.
I have noticed that I am not as hungry as I was. I used to over eat A LOT. But now that I have been on the pill, I eat about a fist sized portion and feel really full.
I think that this pill works only for some people, kind of like different exercises or diet plans. But so far it seems like its working for me.
Anne on 22 May 2008 at 1:03 pm #
I have been using SlimQuick for just over a week (7 days with 2 pills/day, 2 days with 4/day). If I have lost any weight, I think it must be water loss; however, during the last week I have felt uncomfortably bloated.
The worst part is that my body does not seem to handle the caffeine because I have been jittery, extremely anxious and impatient since I started taking the pills. I am restless, not sleeping well and cannot concentrate on my work.
I have, however, completely lost my appetite. For me, this is huge because I have always been constantly hungry, even with well-balanced eating habits, but I cannot say that the positives outweigh the negatives.
cassandra on 22 May 2008 at 1:19 pm #
I gained 15 pounds over the winter from basically eating too much and eating bad fats, and not exercising enough. I’m about 5′11 and started at 190 lbs in March. A year and a half ago I was 140 which was unhealthy skinny and a result of poor lifestyle choices. My goal is 165 which I think is very realistic.
I love working out and belong to one of the best gyms in the country, and I love eating healthy but I needed an extra catalyst so I decided to try SlimQuick Hoodia. It didn’t do anything! Whether I took 3,4 or 6 a day I really didn’t notice a decrease in appetite or anything.
I lost 5-7 lbs in 5 weeks but I think just because I was working out 5-6 times a week and started cooking healthy meals for dinner and salads for lunch.
Anyway, I am in a wedding in 2 weeks so I decided to give regular SlimQuick a try. After just a few days I have noticed a dramatic difference vs. the Hoodia version. My appetite is significantly decreased and I have tons more energy at the gym.
I have not felt sick to my stomach or jittery, but I have had more trouble sleeping than usual. I’m going to make sure not to take them later than 5 or 6pm from now on.
So far I’m impressed but I would not recommend wasting money on the Hoodia pills. I already wish I could have my $65 back or 2 free bottles of regular SlimQuick.
Editor’s comments: Hoodia is an extremely hyped product with little evidence validating its effectiveness. Click here to read about hoodia!
Kendall G. on 19 May 2008 at 2:45 pm #
I drink the powder formula with hoodia. I normally drink coffee in the morning, but replaced it with the SlimQuick, so I don’t feel jittery at all.
If I drink it too fast in the afternoons I can tell, but that is why I like the drink mix. I can control how fast it goes into my body.
I have lost 10 pounds in two weeks. I’m also eating low-carb and doing light exercise. Slimquick really helps with food cravings. I also noticed I had a much less painful period. Nice Perk!
Editor’s Comments: Carb restriction can have a potent diuretic effect — it is likely most of Kendall’s weight loss is water. Please review this post for more on assessing weight loss effectively.

I just recently started using Slim Quick. I’m actually on my 4th day of taking it and feel great. I haven’t seen any signs of weight loss yet (not that I expected to, it’s not a miracle pill!).
However, I find that I have more energy than before. Normally I would feel that “afternoon drag” while at the office, but taking Slim Quick twice a day has made that a distant memory!! So far so good. I’ll keep you all informed when I head into my 2nd week!

I tried a full bottle, drank lots of water, exercised and tried my best to follow a sensible diet, but I remained the same weight. Nothing changed and I feel like I wasted money.
But the SlimQuick cleanser helped me drop a good 7 pounds and one pant size in 7 days.

When I chose a weight loss supplement (emphasis on “supplement”–nothing is magic, ladies!), I read the ingredients and nutritional facts very carefully. I chose Slim Quick because it had the specific vitamins and minerals MY BODY needed. I am still in my first week and I can’t see any difference yet–of course!–but I can certainly feel the value of getting what my body was missing.
If you don’t know what you are missing in your own diet, or what your body needs or uses at a higher rate, then you have no business just buying any old diet pill. Slim Quick will only work for you if it is right for you! I’m hopeful that this one will work well for me–my energy level is up, my metabolic rate has increased and I have even mentioned to friends that I might be able to reduce my caffeine intake (I’m a 3-coffee-a-day girl!).

I’ve used Slim Quick and in the first day I noticed that my appetite was lessened dramatically. I used to stuff my face all day and although I only weigh 137lbs, I wanted to lose weight.
So exercising and taking this pill I figured might be a good combination {along with changing my diet} to lose some weight. Usually I stuff my face all day, as I said, but this pill really helped dropped the constant craving to eat. I love it so far.

I used Slimquick for approximately 2-3 weeks and found that i had trouble sleeping due to my heart pounding rapidly, even after 5 hours of taking a dosage. This occurred only after taking the 3 pills per dosage twice daily.
I’m currently off them but intend to start again because they did significantly decrease my appetite. There were a few days where I felt jittery at first but that went away.
I did not notice any weight loss but I suppose I didn’t change my diet enough or exercise as much as I should have.
I’m going to give it another try (this time accompanied by diet and exercise) and I do believe it will help since the daily dosages
contain an extremely high amount of caffeine.
I did find I had a lot more energy during the time I took Slimquick, but man was it ever painful when I stopped taking them! I had very bad headaches and was extremely irritable which I can only assume were caffeine withdrawal symptoms.
Having tried Hydroxycut as well, I would definitely recommend Slimquick for especially for woman, as Hydroxycut was too intense.

I began taking Slimquick on a Monday and followed a similar diet as the one outlined in the booklet. I took the one pill in the morning and the other 6 hours later as directed. I also exercised lightly every other day as recommended. By that Friday I noticed a weight loss of 3 pounds.
I was very excited and encouraged. With such a great start, I was sure I had found the perfect weight loss tool for me.
Friday evening I noted my heart was fluttering fast and I was short of breath. Along with that my right arm became completely numb. Horrified, I rushed to the emergency room. I was scared because my whole life I’ve been otherwise healthy.
I won’t post the outcome of my visit for personal reasons, but I would advise everyone to stick to diet and exercise and avoid pills if at all possible. The combination of caffeine and stimulants is not healthy. Back away from the table and sweets and do some exercise before you do yourself some permanent damage.

I began using SlimQuick Extreme on 6/23, starting with dosage recommendations on the bottle. My starting weight was 180.4 lbs. I worked out 30-55 minutes for 6 days, drank at least 64 oz. of H2O and ate 4-6 low-fat small meals/snacks per day.
To minimize the impact of caffeine, I ate something at least 30 minutes after taking SlimQuick. I had no tummy aches. I also did not take the pills after 4 PM. I went to bed around 10:30 PM each night and experienced no sleeplessness.
As of Monday, 6/3 my weight was 175.1 lbs. I’ve lost 5.3 lbs in 7 days. I have more energy and eat much less. My period came on a little early (22 days instead of my ususal 28 days), but I had no PMS, loating or cramping (my usual signals).
I love the product and am confident that SQ will get me to my goal weight of 155.

I just started using this product a few days ago. I was hesitant at first because so many products make me sick and raise my blood pressure. This is great. I have no jitters my BP stays low and I have more energy than I have had in a long time.
I too have to use the bathroom a lot. I figure its because I’m losing water weight and I drink a lot more water. I do feel really good and it helps me stay consistent with my workouts. I come back and update later when I’ve used the product longer.

This is my first time being dedicated to taking Slim Quick. I have tried lots of different pills that have made me jittery, but this has not made me jittery at all.
Today is the fourth day and I have already lost 6 pounds. I have not had an appetite during the hours around taking the two pills. I do notice that my appetite increases later in the day. If I am up late, I want to eat everything.
I have only exercised once this week, but I have been drinking a lot of water. I have not felt any different from when I wasn’t taking the pill so I must say I am impressed so far.

I started taking Slim quick around the middle of May; before this I had always been very cautious about what I put in my body. Following the birth of my child there was about 30 lbs to loose and I wanted to do it quick. I followed the instructions on how many to take and when and how much water to take with it. The first day I felt normal, i did my daily task and was fine.
The only thing that I can admit not doing was eating right, I live a hectic life so fast food was the next best thing to starving. As the week came to an end I was taking 3 pills in the morning and 3 at night, and this is when the trouble started.
I took the second dose of pills around 4-5ish and was wired the whole night through. I tried taking the pills earlier — it didn’t matter — I was still up all night and having trouble sleeping.
Next side effect? I would do light work outs I would feel as if my heart were working double time and that scared me.
Me being the persistent person that I am I shook it off and continued on for week 3.
THIS HAS TO BE BY FAR THE MOST extreme pill because if there is one more extreme, it should be banned. My hormones were off the “flippin” chart.
Talk about moodswings, pms — I was a wreck. One second laughing/singing and the next crying because I looked fat. My husband put an end to it at that moment and threw the pills out.
As I look back yeah they are a quick fix because in those 3 weeks I lost a total of 22 lbs but the emotional roller coaster that came with it was no fun.
I’d chose wisely folks!

I’ve been using Slim Quick tablets for over a week now, and have already lost 3 pounds.
I notice that these pills severely depress my appetite, and I can go through the day without being hungry or getting the “low blood-sugar shakes”.
It has definitely improved my mood, and I am NOT craving sugar or anything high-calorie at all- which is tops considering I was a sugar junkie and fast-food junkie before. I can eat a few pretzel rods and feel satisfied, whereas before I would eat like crazy; usually emotional eating.
I’ve not had any jitters like I had with other pills.
And as others have said above, this is not a magic bullet. You cannot sit your big butt on the couch and eat bags of dough nuts and wonder why “I’m not losing weight!” This pill helps me tremendously with the appetite control, which was my biggest issue!
I like this product and plan to continue with it.

Took Slim Quick for almost 4 months – lost 20 lbs and have kept it off for over a month since I quit taking it. First – it works! I took the drinking water packets you mix in bottled water, no pills. I did not double this dose – just drank one in the am and one at 3 pm so that I could sleep by ten.
The directions clearly state take 6 hours before bed. I had more energy in the morning and got a lot more done. Took the stairs and not the elevators. Started walking after work at night. Loved it!
I wore a bikini for the first time in years, I’m back to a size lower than my wedding dress (10 years ago). It gives you energy and does not make you depressed and curbs your appetite. Which for me made me lose the weight fast and got me motivated to get out and do more.
I was cleaning house and doing laundry at night if I felt amped up – instead of sitting on the sofa complaining that it made me feel amped up. And that energy made me lose more weight because I was out in the yard on the weekends and not laying in bed. Embrace it – it works.

I’ve been trying to use this for the past 3 weeks. Each time I’ve taken it, it makes me feel sick to my stomach, light headed and I feel as if I want to pass out. So, I tried eating something first, which kind of defeats the purpose, but that didn’t help either.
I’ve taken many different pills to help me loose weight and have never felt this way. It may work, but I can’t keep taking it to find out.

I have been on Slimquick for 5 weeks now and with a change of my diet I have lost a total of 11 ponds. I can tell a difference in swelling and my menstrual cycle was a lot better, no cramps and I was not as moody.
I believe that this works with a low fat diet and now I am ready to add exercise into my daily life. I have also given up sodas, even the diet ones. I drink mainly water and milk!
I am happy with the results so far, this is the longest that I have ever stuck with a diet or should I say life change!

I am 5′0 and 140 lb., and I’ve been taking Slim Quick since the beginning of August. I haven’t seen MAJOR results but then again I haven’t really been following the diet plan and I don’t work out as often as I should. But I have gone down a pants size, and I see a tiny difference in a bathing suit, so I’m not giving up hope!
I have a friend who took Slim Quick with Hoodia and reached her goal weight in 8 or 9 months (without diet and exercise) so I’m hoping to get the job done quicker, with diet and exercise!

After a lifelong battle with being over weight, I had finally lost approximately 90 pounds all on my own, without the help of a product.
I was so pleased with myself and kept it off for about 2 years. Last November I found out that my boyfriend of 3 years had been cheating on me.
Everything went downhill from there and I had regained 25 pounds from the low self esteem and hurt caused by him. This July, I finally had the strength to end things with him for good and was determined to get my shape back.
I decided to try Slim Quick pills to help me. I modified my eating habits to be a little healthier and incorporated regular exercise a couple times a week.
I have been taking 1 pill twice a day and have lost 11 pounds in 7 weeks, which I am proud of. I have noticed that the appetite suppressant works, since I am not able to consume as much at meal time.
I love this product and would recommend it to all women.

I am 36 year old mom of 4 and have been on every diet there is with very little success. I used the Arbonne shakes and lost a little and felt awesome, but they taste like crap and are a pain in the rear to make.
So I saw these Slim Quick drinks and pills and thought I would give them a try. I have been on them for 4 months and have lost 40 pounds and feel fine. No headaches or anything.
I take two pills in the morning with a full glass of water and I take the drink mix with a full glass of ice water in the afternoon around 3 pm.
I also eat sensibly – not diet food but a healthy sandwich or salad for lunch and lots of fiber. I like the taste of the drink mix; it tastes like fruit punch.
I think I lost 10 pounds the first week, I also had my period and I had no cramps which I usually do.
I also am not as hungry when I take these, and I seem to crave fresh food more than fast food. I don’t know what your experience will be but I have gone from 220 to 178 in 4 months and am not working out a lot.
I do walk some nothing crazy/ Good Luck, and if you want to visit, email me at organicbeef at msn.com.

I do not recommend this to anyone on Birth Control as you may end up like me.

I bought Slimquick about three weeks ago to see if it would help me get rid of the last few pounds I just can’t seem to get rid of. I have a crazy schedule with hardly any time to work out (unfortunately), but I try to walk in the morning at least three times a week.
I haven’t changed my diet (one-two Cokes a day, one small bowl of ice cream at night, fairly healthy diet otherwise), and I’ve lost almost six pounds.
My PMS symptoms, which have been getting pretty bad over the past year, we’re almost non-existent and I didn’t feel quite so out of control. I haven’t had time to walk in over a week, and I still lost weight.
I know I’ll gain some weight back when I start working out more regularly at the gym (as muscle weighs more than fat), but my pants and shorts are getting baggy. Yeah!!!

I tried slim quick a few years back. Prior to taking Slim Quick I was eating healthy and exercising moderately with no results. While taking the pills I didn’t weigh myself regularly because I didn’t want to get depressed over yet another failed attempt to get over the plateua. However, about a month I went down a pants size, something I had been trying to do for a year with no success prior to the slim quick. Additionally, I am a generally anxious person. The Slim Quick helped to ease the anxiety. While on Slim Quick I was much calmer and happier. Everyone in my life noticed. Since I stopped taking the Slim Quick, my mother has actually asked me why I don’t take my happy pills anymore.

I have been using this product for 2 weeks now.
I have to admit that I forget to take the 2nd pill at night so usually just take one a day. But I have noticed results already.
I workout normally but sometimes I slack off and get soft fast. Since I have been on these pills and been slacking this week, I am still maintaining a toned look and going to the bathroom regularly. if you know what I mean.
It works for me with the appetite suppression as well. I eat half of what I normally would eat.
I would totally recommend this product. It does not make me jittery either, but I did try to bump it up to two pills in the morning and got sick.

I used SlimQuick water additives for 2 and a half months. I think this version of SlimQuick is better than the pills because it forces the person to consume way more water than they’re used to (at least 4 bottles a day).
However, during the 2 and a half months I was able to lose 20 lbs and I believe a lot of it has to do with SlimQuick. I’m 22 and have been playing sports my entire life, even as an NCAA athlete for 4 years. I was working out daily and felt that I was not overeating, especially for my high level activity.
However, I was still not happy with my weight and body fat % so I decided to use SlimQuick. I think it helped me lose the pounds that I had been trying to lose from diet and exercise but was unable to.
I’ve recommended it to my friends, some who complain of headaches or irregular heartbeat, so it may not be for everyone. However, trying it to see how your body reacts probably wouldn’t hurt.

Ive been on Slim Quick for over a week now. I haven’t lost weight, but then again I’m not really exercising. I walk often and run around with friends at work, but nothing major.
So far I must say I like it. I’m not hungry…ever really. And that was my biggest problem – overeating. SAlimQuick has really solved that problem for me.

I used the pill as directed for 8 days. I cut out junk food, worked out hard at the gym 4 times a week, and went for a 30 min. walk every night as well.
I did not lose any weight.
I actually gained 2 pounds throughout the week and lost it within the same week (and am back where I started). Yesterday I doubled the dose as directed and I experienced my first side effects.
I got the worst headache in the middle of the night that I have ever experienced in my whole life. I felt nauseous and it hurt so much I was in tears.
It was probably caused by the excess caffeine. I stopped taking the pill today.

I used SlimQuick about 6 months ago. At first, I noticed some decrease in cravings and lost a few pounds. I did not lose much weight at all after taking the pills for two months.
I decided to stop taking the pills when my doctor said my blood pressure was really high. After being off the pills for 3 weeks, my doctor said my BP was back to normal.
I don’t know if the pills were the cause, but I’m not taking any chances. All the diet pills I’ve taken have been a bust. I’m losing weight with exercise and calorie tracking. It’s not as hard as you think!

I just started today. I know, it is probably too soon to give advice. But I did do a ton of research on this product, including looking over customer reviews, and decided to try it.
So far, my appetite has been suppressed, which is great. My late night snacking was killing me.
I also have been working out everyday prior to taking this pill, and I play rugby, but I just have not been able to get these last few pounds off.
The only thing I am worried about is side affects, since this pill seems to affect people randomly, so I think half of the stuff I am feeling is mental. I have been drinking a whole lot of water, and that seems to help.

I started today, i was feeling jittery at first and couldnt start still. When i went to work however it was great, i have to run around and be on my feet (i work at a very busy coffee shop). i usually drink alot of high calorie drinks when i work and didnt have any urge to drink. plus its increased how offton i use the bathroom, but it think im going to start taking some fiber with it so i dont get dehydrated. i feel like this is my answer for loosing those 5 vanity pounds! although i think i will probly not increase to 4 pills a day (stay at 2) because i dont want to loose excesive weight and because im petite the caffine has a strong effect on me =) good luck to everyone

The Slim Quick powdered drink mix left a VERY sweet aftertaste like Sweet and Low in my mouth that I can’t get rid of – even all night long even after Listerine and brushing and rinsing.
The pills do the same thing but on a lesser degree, unless I’m just getting used to it.
I hate diet drinks, and that’s the taste that I keep having. Anyone else noticed? No other side effects like others mentioned.

I started taking Slimquick with Hoodia on 1/1/9. It has been 4 days and I have lost a total of 5 lbs with no side effects. I am watching what I eat and have not had to exercise more than a 20 minute walk per day.
I was reading over some of the comments of side effects that people have. I think I don’t have side effects because I drink a lot of coffee and have a high tolerance to caffeine. It does give me energy but I don’t get the headaches or heart palpitations like others. I don’t think I would recommend it for someone who doesn’t like caffeine.
I am pleased so far with the results.

I have been using Slimquick for a week now, using the lemon additive in water. But it is leaving a very BAD TASTE in my mouth, so much so that I don’t think I can use it any more. Someone mentioned the same thing. Another person said the pills left a decreased taste in the mouth.
Why does it have to leave a bad taste in one’s mouth?? It makes me nauseous. Oh, and BTW, no weight loss yet.

Hi, I’ve been taking Slim Quick for a week now. And while the scale has only shown a 1/2lb weight loss, I do notice I do not “snack’ between meals.
That’s HUGE for me. While most people could have a few graham crackers, I could eat an entire BOX while sitting. I LOVE TO SNACK. And it’s all MINDLESS eating while watching TV. So the fact that I feel no need to snack is GREAT. I would buy it just for that fact!
Jen on 15 Jan 2009 at 4:17 pm #
This pill obviousily works differently for everyone, but I have been taking it for one week now, just beginning my 4 pills a day, and I have lost 6 pounds. I have yet to exercise, unless you count shoveling snow.
I have however cut my calorie intake throughout the day and I have noticed a big change in my snacking.
They do make me feel a little loopy once in a while, but I think that may just be the caffeine that I am not used to. I have some hope!
Jessie on 17 Jan 2009 at 3:31 pm #
I use the packet drink mix version of this product. My mother bought them awhile back for weight loss and I suppose and she didn’t like the taste.
I personally like the taste – it does taste good after you get used to the after taste, which is a little funky.
The drink packets really do give you a boost of energy and I have replaced my sugary energy drinks with Slimquick since it is obvious which is healthier.
I drink 2 packets with each 32 oz refills of my Nalgene bottle. This leaves me hydrated and energized which is going to make anyone feel better through out the day.
I’ve had no issues with upset stomach or nausea, which is strange for me since I have a sensitive stomach. I have lost 3 lbs in the past week, but I contribute it to water loss until there is a significant loss.
Along with this product I am following the “Curves” eating plan and I play hockey almost every day. On the days I’m not playing I work put at curves or get some cardio in with the popular arcade game DDR.
In short, I’m not expecting a miracle, but I believe you are more likely to lose weight if you feel good and actually have the energy to have some kind of work out.
Crystal on 24 Jan 2009 at 5:24 pm #
I took Slimquick for about a month a couple months ago after I had reached a plateau in the natural workout routine I had been using for a couple months…
I have a couple notes.
First, supplements such as Slimquick do have some real benefits when talking about giving your body a boost… when you are already committed to your weight loss goal and are willing to do the work.
The pill companies make their money, as well as gain their huge, unhappy customer count by claiming that you need not change anything in your life. That is just silly in my opinion and a perfect example of the kind of resolution, or lack thereof, that keeps people in the same cycle for long, miserable, periods of time. Of course you have to put in the work.
Don’t let anyone, especially a company trying to get money from you, (duh) tell you any differently.
When you have truly decided that weight loss, and more importantly, HEALTH, is your goal… it’s the simple things that work the best.
Eat often. Eat light. Eat right. Move! Drink your weight in oz divided by 2 of water every day. Take a multivitamin that’s right for your body.
I’m no expert… but aside from the psychological benefit of also taking a diet supplement… realize that the results you want are entirely up to your level of commitment.
The one thing I do recommend – as many people need a push or boost in their weight loss goal – is a decent work out program.
That is something I have spent my money on and has paid me back a thousand times over. As many of us do not know the proper way to work our bodies for the maximum effect – that is something – if you have to spend money – spend it on that.
I personally used the slim in six series to an amazing result. But again… you have to get up and follow the program to the conclusion. You have to work hard and really stick to it.
And that is the truth with any program you choose. But, if you are serious… and are willing to see it through… weight loss is VERY attainable. And I think you will be happier with yourself – both with your body as well as you as a person at the conclusion.
Sorry for the book long entry… but I wish you all good luck and a happy, healthy, life.

I just started yesterday on the slimquick lemon packets.
I had two packs in total yesterday and one so far today but I have been feeling funny. I dont know if it’s in my head or what. I had really bad pains last night around 11:30 like an achy weird unexplainable feeling and it went away within an hour I havent had it since. I also have a sweet taste in my mouth that will not go away? It’s really bugging me but I lost a pound over night and dont want to stop that. I did start going to the gym aswell I dont know what to do? Is it normal or is it hurting me?

I’ve been taking the power drink (lemonade) for almost a week and the taste is pretty good, at least it doesn’t bother me. I have no side effects and I’m on medication for anxiety!
I haven’t noticed a decrease in appetite, but I do get full quicker. I’m a very lazy individual and this definitely gave me more energy and motivation to do things.
I’m currently 5′3″ and 137, looking to lose about 10lbs. Looking to lose some water weight before I start working out. So far lost 3lbs.

This is only my second day. The first pill I took yesterday I felt fine. Then the second around 4pm. I would not sleep and felt like I was having a panic attack.
Took one this morning and all day I have not really done anything but run my online store and it has suppressed my appetite and have been surprised that what I do eat, I eat less.
Then I started to straighten up the house, about 5 mins in, I noticed my heart racing and I was scared because it was so fast!
I’ve always been sensitive to cold medicine and diet pills so it is not a real surprise. I am going to only take a half a pill tomorrow, to see what happens.

It’s my second box now and I’ve lost 10 pounds with very light and irregular exercise. I have cut down my food intake and slim quick works wonders with controlling my hunger.
I don’t snack as often as I used to and I feel full eating less and feel full for a much longer period of time.
I noticed immediate results as I was carrying around quite a bit of water weight. I’m going to start exercising this month as I have more time and I’ll see what happens!
All in all, it’s a gentle formula that does help. Hope it works for you!

Ladies,
I have just started the Slimquick pills. I was disappointed to see the program suggests you purchase their Hoodia supplement as well. After researching Hoodia, I will NOT be buying theirs and for at least the first bottle of Slimquick, will not purchase Hoodia to make sure it is the Slimquick that is working.
I am following Weight Watchers diet plan. I am doing a three day/wk exercise routine that is only 1/2 hour.
I am VERY impressed with Slimquick’s appetite suppressant. No jitters, and complete control over snacking, in part because the program allows controlled snacking. My mood is even. I feel great. I have tried other appetite suppressant and they made me hungrier. No one size actually fits all. But so far this one is a winner for me. My current weight is 146. I am 5′2″ and 50+ yrs old. Hope to be 135 in 6 weeks. I’ll update in 3 weeks or 8 lbs. Good luck to you all and keep trying till you find your combination!

My mood is great and my boyfriend stated that I already look slimmer – can’t wait to continue using the follow up supplements. Not too crazy about the four pills twice a day, but it’s worth it!
Need to lose 20 lbs by July for my wedding – work out with cardio 4 x a week and 2 weight training days. Hope to see great results. Thanks Slimquick!

Hi Girls,
Visitor Rating:I’m now on week 2. Have to say Slimquick definitely helps curb the appetite. And without getting the shakes. I did not do the Hoodia as I said earlier. I have been doing a Pilates style workout just 15 minutes 3x week and following a Weight Watchers meal guideline. I have lost 2.5 lbs so far. I tried the 2pills 2x a day, but it did not seem to agree with me. 1 morning and afternoon works fine for curbing my appetite, already had the energy. Good luck to you all! Guess there’s no quick fix after 50! Thanks for the willpower Slimquick.

I have only been taking Slim Quick for a week but I love it. I have more energy, and find myself eating less. I have been sticking to a 1500 calorie diet, which, by the way is way less than what I used to eat. And it is easy. I eat 4-5 small meals a day, and I don’t find myself snacking at all. I started this during my monthly and Somehow I managed to not even make one batch of brownies.
My husband also comment on the fact that I am not near as grouchy as I normally am during my “time”. If SQ works this well for the whole month, I will keep on taking it until I reach a size 12! By the way, I started out as a 24 and am down to a 22 now!

I have been using Slim Quick for about a week. I am using both the Slim Quick pill with Hoodia and the Slim Quick mixed Berry drink. I am not a big “pill” taker so I must say I dont really take the pill as recommended. But I do take the 3 pills before lunch and I do drink both the daily drinks. So far I am pleased with this product. I don’t want snacks as much and so far this week I have had more energy and have lost 7 lbs. I know most of that is probably water weight. But I do feel better and have more energy. We will see what else happens.

I decided to try SlimQuick after I had my son and put on quite a bit of weight. I loved the energy it gave me! I took the pills as directed, watched my calorie intake, and did a little extra walking. Total I lost about 30 pounds. I would recommend this product to anyone!

I took Slimquick for 3 months and lost 40 pounds. I honestly didn’t “feel” a difference. I was cutting my calories and walking 5 miles/day 7 days/week. I felt that my weight loss was entirely from my diet and exercise. Although I believed the majority was from that, when I tried to stop taking the pills I found my diet AND exercise routine practically impossible to maintain. I didn’t realize it, but it did suppress my appetite and my cravings and gave me just enough energy to do my exercise without making me feel “jittery” like some pills can do. I wholeheartedly believe that I couldn’t have lost all the weight and stayed on my diet without SlimQuick.
I would recommend it to ANYONE.

I tried SlimQuick for only two weeks. I followed all the instructions, exercised half an hour a day, and followed a 1200 calorie-a-day meal plan. At the end of two weeks, I’d actually GAINED four pounds. So I stopped taking Slimquick.
I was always starving when I was on Slimquick. Much hungrier than normal, which sucked because even when I snacked on fruits and such, I was still hungry. But I did have slightly more energy, which was the only good thing. Since I stopped taking it, about a month and a half ago, I’ve lost seven pounds. Maybe it works for some, but it definitely didn’t work for me.

SlimQuick works. It is not a miracle pill. I lost 18 lbs. (in 30 days) using Slim Quick and modifying my diet along with regular exercise. It also gives me energy (too much sometimes). The only negative side effect that I notice sometimes is the “jitters”…..and I think this only happens when I take Slimquick without following up with a meal.

I have not been hungry AT ALL. I am doing the drink packet thingie. It doesn’t taste great, actually that’s what helped me not be hungry cause I was trying to focus on finishing that chalked up bottled water. I have good energy too.
I think it’ll work, at least trim off some pounds. Once it’s all said and done, it’s good jump start for a weight loss program.

I took Slimquick a few years ago after having my daughter. I lost about 50 pounds in just a few months. I followed a very strict diet and vigorous workout program as well as walked every morning and night.
I loved it and am about to start taking Slimquick extreme because I have once again let myself go… just worse this time. I would recommend Slim Quick to anyone who is determind to loose weight. But it’s not for your “sit down and let it do the work for you” dieter. If you find that miracle pill let me know. But with Slimquick you have to put in the work.
Visitor Rating:Erika on 20 May 2009 at 10:34 pm #
I dropped 12 lbs. in 2weeks using slim quick extreme. For the first time ever, I finished a bottle of diet pills because they actually worked. I was also dieting, but no exersise. The weight kept coming off, slower, but it was coming off.
When I ran out of the pills, I should have immediately gotten some more. I kinda gave up, and started gaining some weight back. So I started taking them again after 3 weeks of stopping and I started losing again!
I have used the pills in combination with the powdered packets because I forget to take the 2nd dose of pills, and they have worked well together. I use the appetite suppressant in the lemonade flavor. You need to drink plenty of plain water or else you do get headaches. But its a good way to remind you that you need to drink more water.
I have tried dieting alone. And it works only for a while. Then I added Slimquick and it helped to achieve weigh loss faster. Now I’m going to the gym and following my diet, and I feel more motivated because I am seeing results. Unlike before when I dieted and ecersised and only initially I lost weight, but then I stopped even though I was putting all that effort in it.
Slim quick is the first diet pill (and I’ve tried many) that has helped me lose weight & helped suppress appetite. I haven’t noticed getting more energy, but maybe I have. The good thing is, that aside from a headache here and there, I haven’t had any other side effects. I know that if a headache is coming I need to drink more water, and that’s a good thing for my body, so it works!!

So I have been using this product for a week today and I have lost 11 lbs allready. Hoping to lose 20 more.

I’m using the extreme version. I’ve coupled this with a five to six day workout routine (each session lasts an hour or more) and a very low calorie intake diet and I have barely lost any weight. I drink only water, eat healthy etc – everything that requires the max results and I am so disappointed.
I need to lose 34 lbs to return to my original size before I was pregnant and am desperate to get there. I had hoped this pill would speed up the process but like I’ve said, I have had little results.

I used an entire bottle of 72 pills. I found that transitioning from one pill twice a day to two pills twice a day was a bit tough. I am caffeine sensitive, but I do enjoy it and can drink coffee if not too late in the day. I had been dieting and exercising before trying Slim Quick.
I seemed to have plateaued and tried Slim Quick to jump start the weight loss again. It worked. I lost another 4 or 5 pounds. I am not overweight, but would like to weigh a little less. I had a BMI of 26 when I started to lose weight. I have my BMI down to 24.7. I finished the bottle off last week and am missing the energy boost it gave me and the appetite suppressant. I think I am going to start again since I still want to lose another 7 pounds (healthy BMI of 23.4).
I think it works, but I was already counting calories and had increased my exercise. It should help anyone trying to eat less and exercise more to do both, however it is strong and maybe transitioning slower than going straight from two pills a day to four would be better for some people.

I am starting my 8th week using SlimQuick pills. I have lost 7 and 1/2 lbs. so far. Only wanted to lose 10 lbs so I’m almost there. I may have lost more if I took 2 or more pills a day, but decided to take 1 pill due to the caffeine. I am sensitive to caffeine and have sleep issues. Can’t find any website showing the exact amount of mgs of caffeine in the product (which I find troubling).
I try to work out 3-5 times a week but sometimes can’t due to a bad back.
Overall, SlimQuick definitely helps curb my appetite and keep my weight in check. Very pleased except for the caffeine. I wish they made it w/o it. I would like to wean myself off of the pills once I reach my goal weight but am afraid of the caffeine withdrawals (especially headaches).

I am very unsure of this product so far. I bought the drink packets because somehow that makes me feel better than taking a pill. They are supposed to “taste great” well I can tell you it definitely does not taste great, quite the contrary actually, it tastes like cough syrup.
So now I find myself having to chug down four water bottles full a day while trying not to puke in the process. So my first word of advice is don’t get the liquid version. Secondly it seems very funny to me like a lot of others have said about the actual function of this product. Now with drinking four bottles of water a day and with its very strict diet and exercise plan yeah of course your going to lose weight, but that doesn’t mean its from the slimquick itself.
So I am starting to wonder if its more of a placebo effect and the actual weight lose only comes from a strict diet and lots of exercise, and the appetite suppressant from drinking so much water. So far I have only lost about a 1/2 pound, which is not the results I wanted from paying 20 bucks and not to mention having to drink the awful tasting stuff. But I mean hey its at least worth a shot right and if it motivates you to exercise and diet better then great.

Hi, I am 5′1, 39 years old and I lost 32 pounds on slim quick. I started out with the pink lemonade appetite control packets…cut out sugar and fried foods, walked 1 mile a day. I lost 10 pounds in less than 2 weeks…then I went to the berrie packets without the appetite control, and the rest just started falling off. Its took about six months to lose it all. I started at 130 pounds and now weigh 98 pounds. I feel better than I have ever felt. I would reccomend this product to anyone who has had trouble losing and is ready to change their lives.

Hi, been on the Slimquick powder with green tea for 3 weeks, and it has helped boost my typically slow weight loss a little. At 5′4″ I had topped out at 173 lbs in 2008. I’m post menopausal, metabolism of a slug! A year of pedometer and just watching it, only lost 15 lbs. Dec. 2009 began 30 minutes on Nordic Track 5-6 days a week and counting calories carefully, but only lost 5 lbs more by Feb. 2010. Losing total 20 lbs only reduced my big belly by one crummy inch, jeez! Weight gain was concentrated in torso, neck, face.
Since Slimquick, dropped a pound a week, now around 145, with 25 more to lose. Most remarkable thing is I finally lost another inch of belly. I’m sensitive to caffiene, so I only drink the 16 oz at 6am and noon. Eat nothing after dinner, drink lots of water, keep at the calorie counting and Nordic Track. Given my body’s stubborn metabolism, I do believe Slimquick has helped.

I’ve taken slimquick for a couple months now and I have to admit I haven’t seen much results in the weight loss area. But I did come to the realization that I am an emotional eater. So often people (mostly women) relate food with emotion. Sweets are a reward, treat, positive reinforcement so we relate them as such and bulk up on then we we feel bad to help change our mode.
I do this, but I never realized it till I started taking slimquick. It leaves a sweet taste in my mouth throughout the day so I end up not craving sweets at all.
You would think this would reduce calorie intake and there for drop weight, but I haven’t noticed any results. I do have a better attitude and think it has provide a nice alternative to diet soda or snacking. So if you look at from that perspective it’s a win, if you are expecting to become supermodel thin you will be seriously disappointed.
Best of luck to you!

I have been using this for 1 month and have dropped 18 pounds. With the help of diet and regular walking the weight is falling off. My husband and I completely overhauled our eating. No more greasy fatty foods. I stick to a very strict calorie count of 1200 calories per day and it is not that hard at all when you eat good foods, fruit, cottage cheese, lunch meat, chicken, salmon etc.
I am convinced I lost extra weight from the pill- I am sure I would have lost regardless but not at this rate. We don’t even buy junk for our kids – they eat fruit for after school snacks or carrots and celery and they don’t complain, and our whole family has more energy. Sure the pill isn’t a magic pill and you DO need to diet and exercise with it, that is a given.
I did go get new ones today and they were all out so I picked up the Hoodia Slim Quick. Hoping the results continue! Going for my 2 mile walk tonight after chicken and veggies on the grill!! Decided to quit whining and saying I didn’t have time for exercise because I work and have kids and now my whole family is better because of my ME time to maintain a healthier life!
Plus my husband is ticked because I have caught up to him on the weight loss!!

I LOVE SlimQuick. It is a great appetite suppressant, and really curbs my “desire” for bad-for-you foods. After many failed diet pill attempts I will stay with this product. I lost 35 pounds in 3 months using SlimQuick along with diet and exercise. I definitely recommend SlimQuick,
Good Luck!

I started taking slim quick hoodia 3 days ago and have already lost 4lbs. There is no way you can eat right and excercise and lose nothing. I love this stuff and I will continue to use it:)

I started the Slim Quick ULTRA pill a week ago. I can DEFINITELY see the difference in my appetite. I no longer crave snacks in the day and can hold back any urges of unnecessary eating.
I no longer drink and kind of soda which I used to drink all the time. I haven’t lost many INCHES but I have lost 8 pounds. I use the online chart they give you to watch your progress which I also like. So far I very much love this product and will continue to use it.
I also purchased the drinks but haven’t tried them yet. I have messed up my diet this past weekend a little and didn’t do much exercise so 8 lbs is GREAT!!

Well today is my first day taking Slimquick fat burner. My first impression is that I can barely eat. I have been dieting but I was having a hard time sticking to it because I was hungry. Now I can barely finish a 250 calorie meal. So, my plan is to eat smaller meals through out the day. Also, I do feel slightly dizzy. I’ll check back in a week to see if all of this equals weight loss. Also, my boyfriend said I’m bossy and snapppy. LOL>

I took slimquick a couple years ago to achieve some minimal, quick weight loss. I took the pills exactly as recommended and had a pleasant outcome.
Though they did make me very ansty (I’d sit at work at my desk and my legs would be going CRAZY!) I did lose 10 pounds over the course of the system.
I didn’t exercise any more than usual (which was minimal) and I barely watched what I ate.
If I would have had a healthier diet and exercise regimen I’m sure I would have lost a lot more!

I noticed a lot of people saying “I have taken this pill for a couple days and I am not losing weight! I sure hope everyone keeps in mind you still have to diet and exercise. I know a lot of women who think they can just take a pill and it falls of! You must follow a plan in addition to the pill, the pill is not designed to work magic it is designed to assist you in your weight loss.
I would say there are pros and cons to this pill like every other pill. I started using slimquick at the recommendation of a friend. I lost on average a pound a day for the first 2 weeks, with less gym time than I had been doing and a less restricted diet so I would say this pill worked for me. I also like that it does not make me jittery or on edge.
I can’t think of any really big cons other than it can start to get expensive after week 3, after week 3 a bottle only gets you through 10 days having to take 6 pills a day!

Slim Quick gave me more energy that helped me stick to a regular exercise routine. I have never been overweight…just wanted to lose a few pounds around the midsection, butt, and thigh areas. I lost 15lbs over 3 months and have kept it off for 2 years. I would definitely recommend slim quick.

After I had my daughter I weighed 220 lbs and I’m 5′8″. I changed my diet and started exercising almost every day. I lost 25 lbs total in about 2 months and then hit a plateau.
I decided to try something to help me jump start my weight loss again. I saw Slimquick at Walmart and remembered the commercials. I decided to try it and started it about 4 days ago, I have already lost another 2 lbs. After working my butt off for 2 months without any more results, it feels great to start loosing weight again.
I am definately having less cravings and feel I have more energy. I was already doing pretty well at not giving into my cravings, but to not have them is wonderful.

I love slimquick so much. I’ve only been on it for a few days and I have so much energy. I am not a runner of any sort and since starting i run two miles in the morning and two miles in the afternoon. To be honest I could do even more but I don’t want to over work my body. It doesn’t help me much with cravings at night because that’s when I always want some chips or a snack but I force myself to say no. Only downside is I can’t sleep I don’t get to bed until about 4 in the morning and wake up at about 10…. but I dont drink caffine at all so im assuming my body is not used to it. all in all love it so far!

This last year a solid 10 lbs crept back on me. I still eat really well and work-out 4-6 days a week for 1hr each time. I amped up my regiment and cut back on calories, but the weight wasn’t coming off, so I thought I would give SQ Ultra Fat Burner a try to if I could jump-start some weight loss.
Week 1: eased my way into the pills doing only half dose (cut pills in half) for the first two days. I’m really sensitive to caffeine and didn’t want to make myself ill. No recorded weight loss the first week. A little jittery, really thirsty, no change in appetite.
Week 2: moved to week two recommended dose. Pills made me feel light headed and REALLY thirsty. Wasn’t too uncomfortable though. No recorded weight loss, a slight decrease in appetite, but not in the evenings when I need it most (mostly around lunch time).
Week 3: moved to week three recommended dose. Pills made me feel nauseous, really jittery, and drugged up (like I was on cold medicine). Found if I took the pills around 3pm that it would help decrease appetite until dinner time. No recorded weight loss.
So to summarize – these just didn’t work for me. They made me nauseous, jittery, and didn’t result from a single lbs being lost. I will be returning my unused portion for a refund and will spend the $30+ on going back to WW.
Good luck to the rest of you. Hope you have a better experience than I.

Overall my experience with slimquick was a positive one. I used it for 6 weeks in order to jump-start my weight loss and received all the benefits made from the product website like reduced bloating, suppressed appetite, increase in energy etc. However, I found the excess amount of caffeine to hinder my sleep and therefore chose to stop taking the product despite the benefits. You can read a more exhaustive review of the product on my blog lifebyjulianna.com

I started my weight loss journey with the slimquick one week cleanse. While I was in the bathroom quite a bit, I lost three pounds in one week. I started the slimquick ultra fat burner one week ago and have already noticed an increase in energy, a better temperament, and a definite decrease in appetite.
I am eating healthy, but smaller portions and I have enough energy now to do all of my household ‘duties’ and throw in a half hour work out on my nautilus and treadmill. After battling the bulge, I finally feel like I have found a plan that will work. One thing- if you use coffee heavily, it would be smart to cut back a little while taking these. Too much coffee with these makes me jittery, but with less caffeine, I still have plenty of energy without the jitters.
