I have been using trimspa for about two weeks. The first day of taking it I was very nautious. But my daughter and husband just had the flu so I thought it had to do with that.
I work out four days a week, spinning, weights, yoga and walking. I have an addiction to sugar though and this is my biggest problem. I tried two other products before this one. I have not lost any weight so far. But I think its because of my daily sugar intake.
I only have about 15 lbs to loose from my 3rd pregnancy but its been over a year and I have hit a plateau even though I work out a lot and I don’t eat a lot of fatty food (except the sugar) I am optimistic thought. I think if I cut the sugar down and keep taking them I will see results.
I am just used to ephedra. I lost 30 lbs after my 2nd pregnancy with it and very quickly, but I also ended up in the hospital due to heart murmurs.
This was the ephedra — not the trimspa. So I just need a little boost to get me going again. I will let you know if I see results.

I have been trying to lose an additional 60 plus pounds for over 5 years. I have tried everything including working out vigorously twice a day which only left me injured and unable to continue.
The first time I tried Trim Spa was January 2007. By March that year after using the product for 3 months I had lost 42 lbs. Due to a work related injury I fell off the wagon and was unable to keep up my workouts. Although I gained the weight back I believe Trim Spa was directly related to my weight lost.
I’ve been using it for two weeks so far and have already lost nine lbs. I work out a lost easier — only one half hour per day. Not the 2 to 3 hours as before. My clothes are loose and I feel that both my appetite is under control and my energy levels are up. I am certain that Trim Spa is working for me.
I have used many of the other diet products and this is the only one that did not leave me with the jitters or ringing in the ears. No side effects other than a mild stomach ache if I take it without food.
I have even had better PMS bouts- not as severe. I never take more than 3 pills per day. I am measuring my fat levels this time and I have lost 1.5% body fat in 2 weeks – WOW!

I have been using Trimspa from the first week of January. So far I have lost 13 pounds and I’m into my 5th week now.
I don’t get the jittery crazy feeling as I did before when I tried other weight loss pills.
I think that this is a great product and I also work out 2-3 times per week and I have changed my eating habbits.

I’ve been taking it since Tuesday, and really having no problems with it.
The ONLY time it made me feel sorta jittery/panicky was when I was at work yesterday, and wasn’t drinking as much water as when I take it while I’m at home. I’ve only noticed negative side effects if I don’t eat enough (I didn’t have a decent sized lunch at work due to the whole time thing, but I at least ate a peanut butter sandwich). Once I got home had dinner and took the pill as usual, and was fine again.
Noticed more energy, it normally takes a lot for me to get up and exercise because I usually feel extremely drained. I’m feeling motivated for once, which is rare, and like I found something I can stick to.
Don’t see much difference yet physically of course, considering I just started taking it. Although, my pants button a bit easier than they were last week. Right now its more like I’m just “feeling” it if that makes any sense. I feel like I’m starting to look a bit better, and it feels as if my body is reacting really well to exercise at a decent speed for once(with just normal exercise I usually can’t make it through the whole routine and feel/look like I accomplished nothing). Kinda like I can feel myself toning up or something. Could be in my head, but at least I’ve got a positive outlook.
All these negative side effects I’ve been reading about on other sites I’m figuring people had when they starved themselves/didn’t drink enough water/sat around and expected a miracle.
My throat never bugs me, unless…once again…i didn’t drink enough water. It just feels the same way it does when I wake up in the morning (I clench my teeth at night). Drank water, and the feeling is gone.
A bit off topic:
Before I tried this I took Cortislim without reading reviews online and such, and it worked awesomely! I then looked up reviews on it, and of course the claims were all the same “IT DOESN’T WORK, DIET PILLS DONT WORK.” Well, it did for me,
I exercised with it and ate alright. Not super healthy, but alright, and lost a lot of the weight I had gained.
I also tried Zantrex 3, it was the only one I had a negative experience with, but at the time I wasn’t doing anything about exercise/eating.
So judging by that I figure forget the online opinions unless they’re positive ones from people who tried it, and used it correctly
.
Found Trimspa really cheap
so I grabbed 2 packages to test it out.
Once I can get access to a scale after a bit, I will also post about any results.

I just started using trimspa three days ago and so far I have only lost a pound but I can definitely feel it working. I noticed a decrease in appetite and I have tons of energy. I also wake up earlier now instead of sleeping in late.
It does make me feel a little jittery and panicky too, just like squeak said… but I think that’s normal because I feel that same effect when I drink a strong cup of coffee. It’s just the caffeine kicking in. Other than that no side effects. Hopefully it works out. I’m feeling good so far.

I have been using trimspa x32 for almost two weeks now. I also exercise about 3-4 days a week.
One of my major issues with weight was eating at night. I couldn’t help but to munch at night before I went to bed and in between meals. Also, I wanted to get rid of some baby weight because I just had a little girl in Dec.
I decided to help my diet come along a little faster by trying a diet pill. I had now idea what to try so i just decided to try trimspa x32 because that was what my friend had started using.
I would have to say that even after only being on it for this short period of time I have noticed a huge difference in my appetite. Since starting I have not had the urge to snack between meals, eat large meals, or even eat before I go to bed at night. I am so impressed.
Even though they haven’t been able to scientifically prove that hoodia suppresses appetite, I am a believer that it is.
I didnt even really notice this affect until about a week into using the pill. I was just going with the flow and if I didnt think the pill was working for me I was just going to move on the the next thing.
But since this diet product is working for me, I plan on sticking with it. Just wanted to let everyone know who is thinking of trying it, that this product worked for me, and if anyone decides to try it I hope it works the same for them.
Editor’s comments: Hoodia is included in Trimspa X32, but only in a very small dosage. It’s unlikely the “appetite suppressing” effects are a result of hoodia — they are more likely attributed to glucomannan, a fibre source that is also included in this product.

I started TrimSpa on Sunday – I bought the Energy formula (by mistake) not the X32. Not sure what the difference is.
Anyway my appetite is all but gone, I feel a little more energetic, but not much. I am pretty active all day and don’t have much time to exercise but I wanted something that would give me a jumpstart to get motivated.
So far I have lost about 1-3 pounds… I think I lost 2 before I started because I was dieting last week. SO maybe 1 pound so far this week. I have 20 in total to lose.
So far I think it works, not jittery or anything. No throat issues either. I guess we shall see what happens!

I’ve taken Trimspa x32 off and on since January and it was mainly for extra energy at work. Now I have been taking it successfully everyday for about a month and notice my clothes are feeling loser.
I’ve also added diet and exercise about 5 days ago and have already lost almost half an inch around my waist. I love it! I want to lose about 20 lbs so I am going to continue with Trimspa!

I used Trimspa x32 for about 2.5 months and I lost 40lbs.
All I did was walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes, 4-5 times a week and I cut back some calories. It has worked awesome for me.
I ate lean cuisine and special k for breakfast 5 days a week then on the weekend I ate what ever I wanted. Then BOOM – I got pregnant which I hadn’t been able to do for over a year.
I love this product and have recommended it to everyone I know. I just had my baby well last October and I now need to loose about 60lbs so I figured its time to get back on the bandwagon.
I have been trying Hydroxycut but I’m so wired. Some nights I don’t sleep, now I am on to something called Femme lean and balance that a vitamins store guy said to try. If that has no results by the end of the week, I will kick it and go back to Trimspa x32. I was on it last week and lost7lbs. I KNOW it works.

I used Trimspa X32 for about 3 months and lost 50 pounds. I went from a size 16 to a size 4-6. I did watch what I ate. I did not exercise at all. I was able to keep the weight off for about a year after using Trimspa. However, I got pregnant and had a beautiful baby boy. Now I need to go back to square one I gained about 80 pounds and have lost 39 without anything. I am finding that I can`t seem to lose the last 41. So I am trying to find a site that has Trimspa X32. I swear by this product. I feel this product definitely rates #1!!

Trimspa gives me severe headaches, nausea and makes me feel weak as well as jittery and gives me insomnia if I take the recommended 2 tablets.
When I take 1 I am OK – I can feel an energy boost and I’m not as hungry. I haven’t been able to take it for more than 3 days – it is making me feel seriously ill and interrupting with my work. I am really upset about this as I wanted it to work for me. I’m from the UK and I bought it online from the U.S. so I have wasted a lot of time and money. I have tried another diet pill from the UK which contains an ingredient called “sida calafornia” or something like that and that one was much much better for me.
It is SUCH a shame! I really really wanted it to work but I’m scared to take it. I was going to let a friend try it to see if it was just me who has the bad reaction, but I don’t want them to go through feeling as ill as I have been!
Editor’s comments: Jodie, the ingredient you are referring is likely “Sida Cordifolia” , which is usually standardized for ephedra, a well known, effective, and “banned in the US” supplement. It could also possibly be “cordia salicifolia” more commonly known as Cha de Bugre.

It did not work for me at all! I’ve been on it for 3 months and it gives me jitters and heart palpitations. I lost my cravings for food, but in the 3 months I lost 2 crappy pounds, and had mood swings and sleeping issues too! I guess i was just hoping for a miracle!

I took Trimspa X32 for 3 months and lost 30 pounds in the 2 months and maintained it during the holidays. I still have alot more weight to lose so I started back up in January and lost 30 more pounds in 2 months. I maintained my weight for a little over a year. Due to stress, I have now gained it all back and now shopping for more! I was worried about side effects, my mother seems to think that Anna Nicole Smith died from Trimspa, but I swear by this stuff. I never had a side effect except for weight loss and energy.
