I didn't find it to be an overly effective WEIGHT loss pill. I lost maybe 4lbs. What I did find it effective in, was to lose water weight and bloat, as I believe it to be a diuretic. I have increased energy, not noticable breast increase or firmness (not to me, but my husband did say "wow your boobs look great!"). I have increase heart rate, without zalestrim, my HR is about 68, on it, it's about 100bpm, so it increases my metabolism. I have less desire to overeat, as mentioned above. It does make me feel jittery, but that's probably because I drink only water, no caffeine of any kind, except the rare coffee which has the same effect, so to a caffeine junky, it might not have that effect. I know this seems weird, but I am a tomboy at heart, and when taking zalestrim I feel more feminine. Maybe it's all in my head, or maybe the herbs truly do increase estrogen levels. Make sure you take this pill with LOTS of water, both due to it being diuretic in nature, and if it doesn't go down all the way, you'll burp up the nasty powder that's in the capsules. And boy is it NASTY. Sorry this review is so long, but I hate reading one line reviews when I'm trying to decide if I want to buy something. If you're looking for a miracle, look elsewhere, if you're looking for a quick fix (water weight!) and a pill to make you feel better about yourself, take Zalestrim. I have tried Zalestrim.
