I had thick hair until I started to use this. Every time I tried to call the number on the Vyotech page I would get the runaround. So I have e-mailed them thousands of times and no one has bothered to respond... if a supplement claims not to do harm it should stick to its promise. The caffeine explains being unable to sleep. I did have more energy during my workouts without the buzz. I was given samples by a friend. After taking it for a few days you'll feel like you can throw a car 100 yards. The energy kicks in full at about an hour and lasts about 5 hours. Women should not be taking this product.
