The first night, I tossed and turned and felt all jittery! Next couple of nights it got a little better, but didn't really help that much with sleep. It did nothing for my weight loss. I have been unable to lose weight with my current diet and exercise so I decided to try Ambislim. I ended up gaining 3 pounds and with no change to what I was doing! Then, the first week after stopping, I sleep even worse. Then it took two emails to customer service to get an address to send the pills back. I had to threaten to dispute the charge with Paypal before they responded. I sent them back a week ago and still no refund so I may end up having to dispute the charge.
