I'm in the US Navy and I've known dozens of people who use No-xplode (mostly because: long deployments + boredom = gym time), so before my second deployment I decided to try it. I recommend starting with 1 scoop and adjusting, but I wouldn't take more than 3 scoops.

For some people (about 25%-ish) it gives them an instant urge to vacate their bowels, but that's usually an indication that they used too much or need to hydrate better. I never had that problem though, and it usually takes 20-30 min. to kick in.

I tend to get a little hyped up when I go to the gym and the energy surge I get from No-Xplode was pretty good. Your veins will get pumped up from increased blood flow and you'll feel pumped up, but it'll fade in an hour or so. This usually leads to wanting more, hence my problem (and why I didn't give it 5 stars). It is recommended that you cycle one month off/one month on, but I didn't feel the same without it and didn't cycle off.

After 10 strait months of 'using' I'd gained 20lbs of muscle and was down to 12% bodyfat. Granted these results aren't typical since I was deployed and didn't have anything else to do (leading to about 3-4 hours a day in the gym), but I also cut carbs, sweets, and caffeine except on Sunday (off day).

The hardest part was stopping the use of No-Xplode since the pumped up feeling wasn't there anymore. It took a lot of the hype out of the gym, and if I tried to cycle off I usually found myself borrowing some from someone else or lying to my workout partner about usage. I wouldn't recommend it for running since you should drink a bunch of water with it and that will make you uncomfortable, but for weight-lifting, it's super.

This product was recently on sale at the Vitamin Shoppe, so on a whim, I decided to give it a try. I purchased the fruit punch flavor, which I did not find too unbearable, but my wife refuses to kiss me until I have brushed my teeth following drinking it. I too have found the "pump" and focus to power through workouts to be beneficial. One downside I have found is that my personal dosage is limited to about a scoop and a half. Beyond that, I find myself filling a toilet (very loose stools) rather than pumping iron beginning about half an hour after consuming. One benefit to this dosing, is that the tub I purchased lasted longer, than if I had used the recommended 2 - 3 scoops.

I got two sample packs of this at the Arnold Classic and decided to give it a try.

I work out early in the morning, so I had a protein shake, then an hour later took one serving of the lemon-lime flavored NO-xplode.

I have taken a few of these types of products before. It seemed that after about 20 minutes it started to kick in. No super hyped up nervous feeling, just a smooth surge of energy.

It seemed to last through most of the upper body Hypertrophy workout, but felt a little weak towards the end.

My arms did have a very noticeable pumped feeling. It lasted an hour or so after the workout. Didn't seem to have any crash or any negative feeling afterwards.

In summary seems like a pretty good product. Flavor was good. The only real negative is that after a 18oz. protein drink and than this with 15oz. of water, I did feel a little water logged and full. Otherwise seemed to do a good job.
