Do not buy this product if you even have one thought that you might return it. I returned this on May 1st and have yet to receive my refund. I’ve contacted customer service over 12 times and have been promised every time that emails are being sent and that I should receive my refund in 7-10 business days. I’m now having to take steps with my credit card company to get my money back.

I give your customer service a zero. We placed an order about 4 months ago. You had to back order for so long we canceled the order and requested a refund. We’ve called and emailed multiple times. Still no refund. Not very good for business!
Editor’s comments: Just to clarify Violet, Slim force 7 is not our product; we do not sell or fulfill ANY products. So it’s not “our” customer service you are complaining about, but that of the SF7’s retailers.

Slim Force 7 ripped me off. I ordered from them. Then they back ordered the product. It took so long so I asked for a refund. It’s been 4 months. No refund. I would never do business with them again. I wonder how many other people they have not refunded what the owe them?

I ordered it 2 months ago and tried to cancel the order because it wasn’t getting to me. Well they completely ignored my email and it was sent to me anyway. From what I’ve read, it really doesn’t work. I’m not even sure I want to try it or have it in my possession.

I placed my order back in July of 2009 and have called to get my refund and I’m still waiting! It’s now march 2010 and still NO REFUND!
I went to the hospital because they made me sick within 3 days of taking them. I’m very disappointed – not only in the product, but in the customer service! What a joke! Do not buy this crap!

I returned my order 8 months ago. Countless emails and phone calls, still not refund. This product and company are total FRAUDS!!

I have taken the first month’s supply, 30 pills, I see no results what so ever… I have another month of pills, so I’ll keep taking them but don’t think they are doing a thing. Very disappointed.

This product is nothing but a placebo it has no benefit at all. I tried eating normal like the ad said and I tried dieting while taking it. I might has well have taken a sugar pill. I wasted about $90.00.
