Well they completely ignored my email and it was sent to me anyway. From what I've read, it really doesn't work. I'm not even sure I want to try it or have it in my possession. We placed an order about 4 months ago. You had to back order for so long we canceled the order and requested a refund. We've called and emailed multiple times. Still no refund. I returned this on May 1st and have yet to receive my refund. I've contacted customer service over 12 times and have been promised every time that emails are being sent and that I should receive my refund in 7-10 business days. I'm now having to take steps with my credit card company to get my money back. Do not buy this product if you even have one thought that you might return it.
