Plenty of sustained energy, great mental focus, and definitely increased endurance and strength. I would easily recommend this to a friend. The bad: 1) even though when i started this product I was taking it in the morning before my workout, it definitely prevented me from sleeping even up to 12 hours after initial consumption. As my body began to adjust this went away, even as I increased dose. 2) slight bubble gut most likely due to the creatine monohydrate Overall: This was a great product.
