Has anyone tried any type of green tea fat burner? How about the Irwin Naturals brand? If so, how has it worked for you? I've tried that one and the brand from Costco (I forget the name), and perhaps I'm not very prone to the effects of caffeine, but I'm not sure if it does much other than increase my heart rate. I'm not sure if it actually increases my metabolism, but I would think so since my heart rate is increased. I think the Irwin Naturals brand seems to work a bit better than the Costco one, but I'm not sure. It's kind of hard to tell. If you have feedback, please share them. Also, does anyone know if girls can use No Xplode? Someone told me about it after I heard mixed reviews about Creatine. Thank you.

Editor's comments: There's no reason women cannot take NO-Xplode (see the NO-Xplode review for a complete ingredient breakdown). In fact, Elissa, who writes most of the material in our bodybuilding section, has used it many times herself. We'd also recommend reading our creatine review - creatine monohydrate is one of the safest and most studied sports supplements, and fine for women to take.
