I've tried 3 courses of this stuff. It worked every time, but with varying results. Over the course of the year my weight fluctuates maybe 15lbs. Not a huge amount, but enough that people can see a difference, and I can feel it too. I usually pick up the weight during winter when I can't excercise as much, then get back into shape in early spring. I've had three distinct experiences with MX-LS7.

1st course (slow start, worked up to a medium does eventually) was with a moderate increase in exercise (40 minute bike ride 3 times a week, I normally do 30 minutes of walking a day and crunches and push ups in the morning year round) and basically no diet change (mostly healthful meals with sadly a lot of cheating in between). I noticed a modest increase in energy and stamina during exercise and in 2 weeks I lost 8 lbs. Not bad.

Second round the next year, I didn't even add exercise initially. I started at a medium does and with no other changes in diet or activity I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. Then I got back on track with the exercise and lost another 10 lbs over the next 3 weeks.

Next year I ended up gaining more wight, more like 20lbs. I had bought a pair of pants and by the time I wore them 3 weeks later they were painfully tight. I looked at myself in the mirror and was shocked by the paunch I was developing. I was so shocked and horrified (shallow aren't I ? It was only ~20lbs) I grabbed me another bottle of this stuff and hit the max dose (but never exceeded it mind you) right off the bat + 1hr bike rides 6 days a week and I drastically cut down on fattening foods (switched to veggies, chicken, fish, pasta occasionally, limited carbs, and protein shakes ) and ate very sensible portions. I lost 12 lbs in 7 days. The tight pants were then easy to remove even when zipped and buttoned (in fact they were so loose they would fall off without a belt). That scared me, so I backed off on the pills. Dropped back to a medium dose and lost another 8 lbs over the next 2 weeks. My 6 pack peaked through for the first time in years.

Long story short. This product is not bunk like many others. Whatever is in it, it can be an effective weight loss aid. An AID, not a solution. To see any real progress it's best used in conjunction with a good food plan and exercise routine. And like ALL others it's best to start slow and ramp up as you make sure you're body is accepting it. Also, I tried this product at a low dose as a maintenance aid as well. You build up a resistance to it over time, so you either have to increase the dose or get back on the wagon. It's best used in courses to jumpstart REAL changes in your life.

No free lunches in this life. Best wishes to all!

I first tried LX-MX7 after looking at several reviews, in particular the one on this site.

I started taking 2-4 per day, usually 1st thing in the morning and then around 11AM if I took a second serving. I was also on a diet and exercise plan, so I can't be certain the extent to which accounted for my fat loss, but over a roughly 8-10 week period I lost around 8-10 lbs and saw a marked (3-4%) decrease in bodyfat.

What I can attest to about the product, however, is that it gave me a boost of energy to get me going through my morning cardio workout, but unlike Lipo-6 or other burners I've taken in the past, didn't give me that jittery feeling. Its a very "clean" energy boost, that I really liked.

I'd definitely recommend the product for others.
