It gave me amazing workouts and really helped me to push far more reps than most other pre-workout supplements. The down side was that it turned my whole body freakishly red as though I was having an allergic reaction, it was scary but only lasted about ten minutes, I did also get a slight headache, one I would normally get with any sign of high blood pressure, which is not normal for me. The pump was great but not worth the health cost involved in my case. Check your response before you pump up the dose. I’ve personally used this product.
