I love this product. I have been working out and eating healthy for several years without losing much weight. I have been to the doctor’s and they have done lab work to check hormones, blood glucose etc, and they have tried to prescribe fat blocking medications (expensive and very horrible side effects). Then i tried GNC’s Ladies active vitamin packs then I lost 20 pounds in 3 months (it contains the LEAN pill), then the weight stopped coming off. Now since I have taken ripped freak (the first week no exercise, I monitored my blood pressure, and pulse daily so that I could monitor how the pills would effect me) and also the GNC weight management vitamin pack (it doesn’t have the LEAN pill).
The first week no exercise I lost 7 pounds. Side effects for the medication: the first night I had trouble sleeping (I took it too late in the day), it makes me nauseated in the morning but passes after I eat breakfast, my bp runs within normal range but my pulse at rest increased by 5 beats. I have no underlying medical conditions besides obesity and have been leery to take products in the past, and I can live through the nausea in the morning as long as the product works- and fortunately for me, this is the first product that has given me results.
