Anabol-5
Remember though… just because Anabol-5 receives a few positive reviews does not necessarily mean it will work for you. Conversely, a negative product review does not always mean you should dismiss it. As always, remember that personal testimonials are anecdotal, and are no alternative to properly conducted clinical trials.

How long have you taken the product?
I started taking the product about a month ago.
Were you dieting in addition to taking the product?
Yes, I am aiming towards 214 grams of protein (taking five meals a day with two good solid meal and 3 milk shakes from products like Wellements Pro Blend 55) and most of the carbohydrates are consumed in the first two meals for fuel. I also used Creatine 15 minutes before workouts.
Were you exercising in addition to taking the product?
Yes, one body part per day at 20 sets/4 exercises first two sets are high reps and the remaining max reps at higher weights
Have you made any other changes to your lifestyle worth mentioning?
None What do you like about the product? What do you dislike about the product?
I have gained muscle, but I dislike the facts that there are no studies or actual proof of its contents and sometimes feel nauseous when working out.
Would you recommend this product to friends and family?
Yes. But a diet and a strict exercise program must be used
How much weight did you lose? Did you track your bodyfat percentage or just your weight?
I lost about 10 pounds so far and looking lean, and muscular at 200 pounds. I have not check my bodyfat yet, but when looking at the mirror my 34 waist pants are getting loose.

Cool website. Agree with much of it so far. I tried Anabol also and it sucks. I got zero results.

Thank you for your report on this product.
This has helped me make up my mind on this and I will definitely be bookmarking your website.
I took this product over a year ago and saw some very good gains in strength (minimal size difference). I was able to go from pressing 32 KG dumbbells on shoulders to 40KG. Needless to say there was a strength increase and I was using less than the recommended dose.
I am always wary about taking products and thought that I would do some research into this before taking it again as there is not a lot of info on it. The main issue I had last time was it messed with my stomach, needless to say the info here suggests why http://www.sciencelab.com/msds.php?msdsId=6146
I managed to use approximately half of the bottle ( 1-2 tabs a day) over the course of a couple of weeks (Not really including weekends).
The strength increase was good, however on reflection, I don’t think this was down to the product.
Having read the product description on the website it said that the product could be used for both bulking and cutting. At the time being about 10st 9 and only 20, I didn’t want to loose weight. I ensured that my diet was good, with the hype of the product I believe my results to be down the the placebo effect more than anything and of course eating right.
In conclusion, I have decided not to do another cycle of this. It is unclear what this will actually do to you and there is insufficient research with regards to the possible side effects.
If certain ingredients were tested on rats and their hearts, liver etc. increased in weight, surely this suggests that something is not right and this cannot be good for you.
I’m not saying don’t take it, that is up to you. Just look into it first, unlike I did the first time round.
