		<description>I rate BCAAs very highly. Of all the supplements I have taken in the past, only BCAAs have had a noticeable physical difference. I could work out longer, felt no muscle soreness after and felt 100% better in myself. These attributes were not really noticeable until I had to stop taking it for a while. Without the BCAAs fatigue set in too soon, muscles started to ache and tighten each workout and the motivation seemed to be lacking. I believe that if you eat the right food, BCAAs and Glutamine and perhaps extra Leucine are all the supplements you need.</description>
