Overall: This was a great product. Plenty of sustained energy, great mental focus, and definitely increased endurance and strength. I would easily recommend this to a friend.
The bad: 1) even though when i started this product I was taking it in the morning before my workout, it definitely prevented me from sleeping even up to 12 hours after initial consumption. As my body began to adjust this went away, even as I increased dose. 2) slight bubble gut most likely due to the creatine monohydrate

I began using Superpump 250 before deploying to Iraq a couple years ago, the whole unit was using it with GREAT results, I would recommend it to everyone. After my injury in Iraq, and during my recovery Superpump again assisted in that as well, I literally pushed through to walk again. Great product.

only used one sachet of sp250 , did not work for me i had less energy and strenth than usual and had to use the sauna to get a sweat on, will try double portion next time and will see if its any better for me.
