I have lost 5 pounds. I took the full amount you can. 6 pills a day, which lasted.......10 days (60 per bottle). As soon as I leave work, I am going to get the next bottle. Hopefully 5-10 more pounds will leave me. I have found that I feel more awake, and I do not get crazy chocolate or caramel cravings. The fact that you actually lose any weight at all is a HUGE plus.
