After day one I had lost 1 pound and I was excited-as I have tried other diet pills and have had no effect. I have noticed no further difference with this pill but I will continue to take it for a while longer-just to see if anything else happens. I work out everyday by walking approx 3-4 miles and running 2 miles and I eat a healthy low calorie diet...I don't know what else I can do to loose the weight?! I have used other fat burners with much better results. The hype for this stuff is just that hype. It did not come close to the claims. You are better off with Xenadrine or Cytolean. I have tried just about every other diet pill out there including Hydroxycut, Dexatrim, and I even tried protein supplements, because I heard that they work better for greater weight loss. With Hydroxycut going down the way they did, it scared me. I tried to be wary of products that caused side effects. For me, there was real weight loss and no side effects with Clinicallix.
