Day 1, I took 1 pill. no positive or negative effects noticed.
Day 2, I took 1 pill in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Very mild headache in the afternoon, but figured it was probably just work related. Who doesn’t get a headache from working once in a while?
Day 3, I took 2 pills in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. My head hurts quite a bit. I don’t normally get headaches, and since I haven’t done anything else differently this week, I’m forced to say it’s from the Healthe Trim.
Worth mentioning:
I only drink water, and I drink at least 8 glasses per day. When other people mentioned headaches in their reviews, I thought it might be from dehydration, but now I’m not so sure.
I do not drink coffee or soda – ever. Is it possible the headache is from TOO MUCH caffeine? I have no idea. I thought only going off of caffeine gave you headaches, though.
I have been fat for most of my life, so being “high school skinny” for me would be slightly less fat than I currently am, and nowhere near actually thin… perhaps this works better on those who are naturally predisposed to being thin? There really is a huge different between losing 10 lbs for bathing suit season and 150 lbs in order to not die young.
I am on other medications. This may or may not cause an interaction with Healthe Trim that could cause a severe headache. I’ve never had other problems, but I don’t normally take diet supplements either. If anyone else is on Paxil-CR or takes Zyrtec for allergies, I’d be interested to know your results.
For those with digestive problems, I have an extremely sensitive stomach and did not have any problems with Healthe Trim as far as changes in stomach / intestines.
I’ve only been on it three days, but this headache bites. May be forced to return for a refund. Will not take any tomorrow and see if the headache hangs around or not.

I started taking 2 HealtheTrim pills in the morning, following their directions to the tee. I even gave up my morning coffee and weekly trips to Starbucks. I never drank soda so that wasn’t a big deal. Keep in mind, I am not overweight at all, but would like to lose 10 pounds and I am very active (run, boot camp, circuit training, yoga).
After one month of taking the product I didn’t lose a single pound. In fact, it seemed like I gained a couple. I never got a headache. The one thing I did enjoy was the AMAZING energy it gave me. My runs were great while I was taking HealtheTrim, I could have run for 10 miles. BUT, the reason I bought it was to lose that 10 pounds, which didn’t happen.
I do know someone who is taking HealtheTrim and he has lost 5 lbs, and it’s only been a week. He also, is slightly overweight, by 30 lbs.
I did ask for a refund, but haven’t seen anything yet.

The only thing that got lighter for me on Healthe Trim was my wallet. I tried it for the full thirty days for a fair trial, then noticed it was out of the warranty period.
No weight loss!

Awful. All they do is give me a slight energy buzz. That’s it. No weight loss no anything and i stuck to a diet and the plan on the back of the product.

A waste of money! I followed the directions to the tee, which wasnt easy because caffiene is an everyday part of my life. I never felt any good or bad side effects. NOt one pound lost. I watched my diet, and exercised regularly. I am by no means overwieght, I just wanted to lose a few lbs.

Lost 40 pounds in 3 months! Yes I got the headaches but only lasted first week or so… Small price to pay for the energy and weight loss I felt. I did work out daily and ate a no whites (flour, sugar and dairy) which I’m sure assisted my weight loss. Stopped taking it over a year ago, stopped working out even and returned to a average diet and have only gained 10 pounds back. The only thing is I had occasionally tried to get back on it without the same results… Maybe my body was too used to it?
