I took this product for one week and lost 10 pounds! I was on a very dangerous 900 calorie a day diet during this time period however but it absolutely saved my job in the US Army (as we get weighed and taped periodically). If you fail weight and tape you can lose your job. I calculated that eating one hotdog (about 300 calories) per meal, 3 times a day, with hydroxycut, in combination with exercise, I would be burning way more calories off than taking in. My calculation was correct and I *amazingly* lost 10 pounds in one week! This is no lie. Hydroxycut saved my career!
