MX-LS7
Remember though… just because MX-LS7 receives a few positive reviews does not necessarily mean it will work for you. Conversely, a negative product review does not always mean you should dismiss it. As always, remember that personal testimonials are anecdotal, and are no alternative to properly conducted clinical trials.

I first tried LX-MX7 after looking at several reviews, in particular the one on this site.
I started taking 2-4 per day, usually 1st thing in the morning and then around 11AM if I took a second serving. I was also on a diet and exercise plan, so I can’t be certain the extent to which accounted for my fat loss, but over a roughly 8-10 week period I lost around 8-10 lbs and saw a marked (3-4%) decrease in bodyfat.
What I can attest to about the product, however, is that it gave me a boost of energy to get me going through my morning cardio workout, but unlike Lipo-6 or other burners I’ve taken in the past, didn’t give me that jittery feeling. Its a very “clean” energy boost, that I really liked.
I’d definitely recommend the product for others.

I’ve tried 3 courses of this stuff. It worked every time, but with varying results. Over the course of the year my weight fluctuates maybe 15lbs. Not a huge amount, but enough that people can see a difference, and I can feel it too. I usually pick up the weight during winter when I can’t excercise as much, then get back into shape in early spring. I’ve had three distinct experiences with MX-LS7.
1st course (slow start, worked up to a medium does eventually) was with a moderate increase in exercise (40 minute bike ride 3 times a week, I normally do 30 minutes of walking a day and crunches and push ups in the morning year round) and basically no diet change (mostly healthful meals with sadly a lot of cheating in between). I noticed a modest increase in energy and stamina during exercise and in 2 weeks I lost 8 lbs. Not bad.
Second round the next year, I didn’t even add exercise initially. I started at a medium does and with no other changes in diet or activity I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. Then I got back on track with the exercise and lost another 10 lbs over the next 3 weeks.
Next year I ended up gaining more wight, more like 20lbs. I had bought a pair of pants and by the time I wore them 3 weeks later they were painfully tight. I looked at myself in the mirror and was shocked by the paunch I was developing. I was so shocked and horrified (shallow aren’t I ? It was only ~20lbs) I grabbed me another bottle of this stuff and hit the max dose (but never exceeded it mind you) right off the bat + 1hr bike rides 6 days a week and I drastically cut down on fattening foods (switched to veggies, chicken, fish, pasta occasionally, limited carbs, and protein shakes ) and ate very sensible portions. I lost 12 lbs in 7 days. The tight pants were then easy to remove even when zipped and buttoned (in fact they were so loose they would fall off without a belt). That scared me, so I backed off on the pills. Dropped back to a medium dose and lost another 8 lbs over the next 2 weeks. My 6 pack peaked through for the first time in years.
Long story short. This product is not bunk like many others. Whatever is in it, it can be an effective weight loss aid. An AID, not a solution. To see any real progress it’s best used in conjunction with a good food plan and exercise routine. And like ALL others it’s best to start slow and ramp up as you make sure you’re body is accepting it. Also, I tried this product at a low dose as a maintenance aid as well. You build up a resistance to it over time, so you either have to increase the dose or get back on the wagon. It’s best used in courses to jumpstart REAL changes in your life.
No free lunches in this life. Best wishes to all!

Just started using Mx-LS7 today and an having a funny sensation on my tongue. Has any one experienced that and any suggestions? I am taking the recommended dose – 3 in the morning & 3 in the afternoon.
Editor’s comments: Reduce your dosage by a single cap per each dosage to assess your tolerance to your product.

Hi
Can somebody please tell me what happens once you stop taking these tablets? Id really like to get into shape, but I don’t want to have to be on these fat burners for the rest of my life to keep in shape.
Editor’s comments: A lot of people find that supplements like these suppress their appetites. Now suppose you take the product, eat less than usual, eat better, exercise, and subsequently, lose weight. If you stop taking the product, start eating more, adopt your old bad habits the weight will definitely come back. If you stop taking the product and maintain a sensible level of calories PLUS a healthy lifestyle and exercise program, there’s no reason for the weight to come back.

I will give it a four because it did help me lose weight. I used it for 2 days and lost about 6 pounds. On the second day however, I had to go to the emergency room because I couldn’t breathe. It turns out the fat burner caused me to have a panic attack (I have no previous history of panic attacks). This is a great fat burner if you are not as sensitive as I am. It is definitely not the pill for me.

I know this product works, I have used it for a couple weeks, and I do have noticeable results, HOWEVER, I am a competitive swimmer, and I train really hard in the water as well as the weight room, and after a week of this product I started puking more often.
I usually puke at practices once every two weeks (of exhaustion), but it seemed to become more than just occasional, I started puking bout 5 times a week, out of eight practices! I am not 100% if it was the product, but I did not change my diet, I didn’t change anything, I just started to take MX-LS7. If you experience anything like this, stop. Otherwise i believe the product works, but maybe a little too well for me or something.
Editor’s comments: Stimulant based fat burners allow you to push yourself further than is normally capable. If you normally work out so hard that you are sick, it’s likely the product is enabling you to push yourself this hard more often. This is not necessarily a good thing.

i believe that this supplement really does work, but i am just very concerned about upping my dosage. i have gone from taking 3 pills, to taking 8. thats a big difference to me. i am very immune to strong diet supplements it seems. this stuff really does HELP you lose weight, but it does not just fall right off for you. i work out almost every other day and try to eat decent food:) i love my sweets, so this can be a challenge. personally, i would tell you to not take these every day, try taking them every other day, so your body wont get so immune to it soo quickly. one day of not taking the pills will not make a huge difference, so just try it out and see what works best with your body. Happy Dieting!!!

I started taking MaxLS7 on September 17, 2011 and use this supplement to this day.
I had been hoping to publish the differences in my fat percentage loss for that month via the Tanita body scale but alas, those scales proved to be inaccurate and cannot be relied upon, at least in my case.
However, I can say that in the entire month that I have been using this supplement, my waist is four inches smaller, I have dropped a size in jeans and because I love my muscles, my abs are starting to appear (belly is now flat) and biceps are larger and more full.
I basically consumed healthy food though allowed some indulgence on weekends and monitored calorie intake to about 1600-1800 calories per day. I combined strength training four to five times a week, and cardio 5 to six times a week.
The real miracle here is that I can’t stop training!!! I was significantly obese in 2007 and lost up to 20kg without supplements just by training and watching my food. However, I then found it difficult to train more than twice or three times per week due to often feeling lethargic and tired (especially from the work I do which can involve long shifts). MxLS7 has definitely given me incredible levels of energy that have been consistent and even feel natural, and I’m well into my second bottle. I also alas can’t prove it, but I know from my past experiences with losing body fat and muscle gain that these supplements have boosted and sped up the process for me, perhaps due mainly to the fact that I have so much energy while training, and in my overall daily life.
I also want to make a special note to thank the staff at Isatori. I will not mention names to protect privacy, but I didn’t even order directly from Isatori (they don’t deliver to my country), and have exchanged frequent emails with the staff here. Staff here were not only encouraging, but willing to answer any query I might have had regarding training, fat loss, eating and so on. A special thank you to Isatori staff.
Finally, two of my own friends, and possibly a few more in the future, are now taking this product. One of my friends is a fellow gym member, and like me, she feels like she can finally train consistently and even enjoy training more with this supplement. That’s another note I wanted to add. I personally feel a kind of blissful energy while training, and enjoy it to the point where I can’t wait to do something new the next day.
Many special thanks for recommending this product, I will continue to take it for some months as I now have no doubt that I will reach my goals.

Probably would work if i took them for long enough. Let me explain a bit further. The ‘if’ part, after each dose, lets say my bowels moved for the rest of the day, rather debilitating, so i stopped using them. Now for the ‘probably’, I would probably lose weight if i continued with the diarrhoea, seems to work for many parts of the third world, unfortunately. Personally i would not bother wasting my money on what is nothing but a very expensive laxative.
