Changing my diet from fatty foods and minimizing my carb intake allowed me to lose 85lbs in those 9 months. Unfortunately weight loss is a lifestyle and not a temporary fashion change. Reverting slowly back to my bad habits made me gain back 50 of those lbs. so now I am on the wagon again and using Nuphedrine. Hopefully I will be able to stay on course.
