I would strongly suggest buying the tea from an organic market or an Asian store. You will get the most benefits from a non-processed tea leaf; look for the whole leaf.

I would have to say most tea bagged tea is garbage, and probably full of chemicals. I drink green tea all the time, but do not know much about oolong teas. I'll have to research a little more to see if adding that to my workouts would be good.

Editor's comments: We recommend "non-bagged" loose green tea as well; Amazing-Green-Tea.com and Mighty Leaf.com are two good sources.

Oolong tea gives me headaches. I can only do black tea and some green teas, preferable jasmine-green tea. white, peach and other fruit-teas are fine, but for some reason Lipton Teas (esp the generic one) and Oolong Teas give me terrible headaches.
