Wow! I wish i had read all these real customer reviews before I purchased proactol, but i guess they have done a great job at advertising on the internet that when you try to research it, you will only find great reviews from non real customers. I hope I didn’t make a mistake and I’ll give it a shot since I’m exercising and being more self aware of what i eat, maybe i’ll see some better results even though now i’m a little nervous. I will keep you posted!

I purchased a 4 months supply of proactol end of last year after reading all the glorious reviews regarding this product on the internet (mind you i didn’t even find a single bad review about this!). However i was totally disappointed as it did nothing to help me lose weight. If anything, I feel that it actually makes my appetite bigger and i ended up eating so much more. So naturally I asked them for a refund. They made it so difficult! i was asked to return all the packages and blisters. I did and then they said that I didn’t qualify because i did not return the acai berry box (it was a bonus anyways). i was so mad, becuase in their website there’s no mention whatsoever to return the acai berry box. i pointed that out to them plus threatening them saying that i was going to report the case to ACCC. in less than an hour time, i got an e-mail reply that my refund has been processed. and I have also received it in my account. so guys don’t just give up when they say that you can’t get refund. fight for it.

I was wary of taking the tabs at all, as I have IBS and my pharmacist said I should be cautious of any unfamiliar products that contain fibre in addition to that which I already take. Well, I decided to take the plunge and try it out and build up gradually. It’s been about 1-2 week and aside from some early adjustments – a little “wind” and softer stools – my system has settled back down to normal and I’m very comfortable even taking 4 tabs when required. I haven’t started a strict diet (or exercise routine) and though I’m not a ‘big eater’ anyway, I have made a concious effort not to snack on junk between meals and keep it to fruit or crackers etc. I think that with me, it will be slow progress, but I find it easier to stick with something like that, rather than an extremely strict diet. I’m more of a “small steps” person. I do think that the tabs are taking the edge off my hunger pangs, but at the moment it’s too early to tell if they’re just having a placebo effect or if it is in fact my own will-power. I am optimistic but will have to be patient and wait and see what the end result is in about 2-3 months time.

Ok, people seem to have this misconception of proactol, and the misconception is that you can eat whatever you want. Wrong. You still have to diet and excercise regardless of what pills you are taking… Proactol is just an aid not a miracle cure.

I personally have found that it does work, but only because I am dieting and exercising. Its helped me lose more weight than I know I normally do when I am dieting/exercising – about a pound or two more – so I’m satisfied and will continue using Proactol when needed.

I’m on day 4 of Proactol. I know they said there are no side effects to this product, however I have diarrhea and I never get that. Maybe it’s just coincidence however I’m still a little questioned by it. I think It’s been an amazing appetite suppressant so far. Usually I’m an all day snacker and am always hungry but now I’m having to remind myself to eat.

The first day I was a little gassy and I did feel minor stomach cramping but nothing intolerable. I think It may make me lose weight because I do eat a lot less now. Overall it’s been ok for me but I will have to see if the diarrhea goes away or not.

Today is my day 4 on Proactol. I’ve read lots of negative reviews, but I want to see for myself. So far, it’s too early for any weight loss, but it has helped with decreasing appetite. I notice that the more pills I take the fuller I feel. I will keep you guys posted, I want to give it a fair chance and see what happens.

I used a 3 month supply of Proactol (3 boxes) taking the 3 per day as recommended (which actually meant it lasted for about 2 months). While using it I did 3 days of Thai boxing, 1-2days of running or weights and dieted giving myself 1-2 cheat days. My weight went from 97kg to 91kg in that time.

So basically with Proactol you have to be willing to exercise and diet sufficiently for it to work. However I am giving them such a low rating because of their DODGY business practices.

Warning to those planning to make a purchase, if you’re not from UK its likely a week or so after receiving the product you’ll get a bill from your courier for duty taxes and they only specify this in fine print on their website. Mine was $50 AUD. Second way they burnt me is on the box it says if you refer a friend you and your friend get a free box each.

So my friend mate a purchase and I emailed them to tell them it was a referral. They emailed me back saying that only people who order by phone and say they were referred are eligible for the free boxes.

I agree.Have had absolutely nil effect. I was too nervous to buy the Alli (xenical) type pills and thought this was a good alternative, as it was endorsed by an English quality newspaper. Got nothing from them and my appetite is the same. It’s me that is the failure, but the tablets are still a con.

Proactol is a scam. Do not purchase this product. You will not receive a refund despite their 100% refund claim. It does not work.
My doctor was shocked to find that “natural” pills could have such negative effects on the digestive system, cramps, diarrhea, nausea etc.
