i m 18 with 12 percent and need to drop down to 8 for track due to the fact that i polevault in a competetive college league. I took this and had very weird effects. tunnel vision and extreme focus and i was dizzy at first. but after a half an hour when i started my work out was extremely full of energy getting great pumps and runnning for two hours on 8 on the treadmill after and hour of hard lifting. better then jack3d as far as a pre workout goes. i had energy ffor 3 more hours after this and then was alert and awake for the rest of the day. The only side effect i noticed was that i ran a little bit warmer for the rest of the day but other than that i love love love this product.

I have used this stuff for a prolonged time. It Does Work! only take 1 pill in the morning on an empty stomach and drink an insane amount of water throughout the day. Take 1 pill everyday for 6 months with a regular workout routine of working out minimum 4 times a week for minimum 1 hour each time. You will get ripped and you will see results. I will admit my first month that i ever took this stuff i felt really messed up but after that its smooth sailing. My suggestion is 6 months on 6 months off. If you abuse it like anything than it will hurt you !!!

I am on day one, Ripped Freak and must say I was pleasantly surprised.

After purchasing the product I came online to a slew of not-so-favorable reviews.
It seems people who have had these horrific experiences may not be people on strict training regimens. I have been training for almost two years and have hit a wall in terms of results, which is why I am using this product.

That being said, I read the inserts and web info thoroughly. I drank two twelve ounce glasses of water BEFORE I took my first dose. I continued to drink water until I had a partial breakfast, then worked out within an hour of the dosage.

I did experience a slight jittery feeling, but, it is designed to enhance adrenaline, so this is normal! When I worked out I couldn't believe the energy and strength I had. In two years I have not been able to get out of a tri (military) push up. I did 5!

I did 40 mins of high energy cardio and only took breaks to be on the safe side, whereas normally, I have to take breaks to recover and catch me breath.

I was never out of breath during this Ripped Freak enhanced work out.

OK now here's the (not-so-down) down-side:

After working out I had three hours left of intense energy and cleaned my house from top to bottom. Then I had to take a bit of down time and rested on the couch for a good thirty minutes. Following the rest, however, I felt back to normal and decided one pill an hour before my workout is enough for one day (won't be taking the afternoon pill). Also, would not take this on an 'off-day'.

If you are smart, in good general health, read PharmaFreak's info and Ripped's in particular, and use good sense AND WORKOUT, you should be okay on this product. Good luck!
<strong>
Editor's comments:</strong> Samantha, Ripped Freak <a href="http://www.ultimatefatburner.com/1-3-dimethylamylamine-review.html" target="blank" rel="nofollow">contains 1-3 Dimethylamylamine</a>, which is an extremely potent stimulant, and not for everybody.

I recently started taking rippedfreak and I have to admit it did scare me at first. I felt dizzy and like throwing up but as soon as i started my workout it was amazing how much more energy I had. I would be running on the treadmill for 5-10 minutes longer than normal and not even feel it. Great but scary

I can't say enough good things about Ripped Freak. It blows me away every time I use it and takes my workouts to a whole other level. If you haven't tried it, pick some up today.

I love this product. I have been working out and eating healthy for several years without losing much weight. I have been to the doctor's and they have done lab work to check hormones, blood glucose etc, and they have tried to prescribe fat blocking medications (expensive and very horrible side effects). Then i tried GNC's Ladies active vitamin packs then I lost 20 pounds in 3 months (it contains the LEAN pill), then the weight stopped coming off. Now since I have taken ripped freak (the first week no exercise, I monitored my blood pressure, and pulse daily so that I could monitor how the pills would effect me) and also the GNC weight management vitamin pack (it doesn't have the LEAN pill).

The first week no exercise I lost 7 pounds. Side effects for the medication: the first night I had trouble sleeping (I took it too late in the day), it makes me nauseated in the morning but passes after I eat breakfast, my bp runs within normal range but my pulse at rest increased by 5 beats. I have no underlying medical conditions besides obesity and have been leery to take products in the past, and I can live through the nausea in the morning as long as the product works- and fortunately for me, this is the first product that has given me results.
Thank you for the product.
