I tried Slimaluma several months ago - mostly out of curiosity. I don't need to lose weight, but I certainly know people who do (especially on the forums I moderate), so I'm always on the lookout for supplement ingredients that are worth recommending. I used NOW's Slimaluma Plus product, as it's a reputable brand, and contains a solid dose of the extract (500mg). It's also a simple formula, with just two other ingredients - green tea extract and yerba mate - which have never had any effect on my appetite.

Contrary to claims made by the manufacturer, I experienced NO appetite suppression whatsoever, despite using it as recommended (2 caps, twice daily, 45 min before meals).

For what it's worth, I did not experience any side effects either - Slimaluma appears to be perfectly safe. Nonetheless, I see no reason to recommend it... it didn't do squat for me.
