I have been wanting to give this product a try after hearing such great results my friends have been having. But I have been apprehensive because I don’t know how it will interact with my birth control pill. Does anyone know if it is safe?

I was very skeptical about Slimquick at first, since after the fiasco with Hydroxycut Max I’ve been terrified to try another fat burner.

Oh. My. GOSH. Does it work or what??!!! I weighed 230lbs when I started just the 2 pills a day (one in morning and one in late afternoon) and in three days I’d dropped 8lbs! Noted, I do gain and drop pounds quickly, but I’ve never dropped that much THAT fast!

I haven’t changed my diet much, since I already eat mostly-organic. But I do indulge in a full bag of chips and dip every now and then, a midnight popsicle… basically I have examined very closely all other aspects that may be causing this massive drop. The only difference is I’m working out more than usual (which was not at all for the past 2 years), but it’s less than what I used to do in high school and even then I had a hard time losing weight.

I’ve upped the dosage to 4 a day, and have found that I do get a slight headache if I don’t workout. No jitters, though, which I GREATLY appreciate! I have the good kind of extra energy, where you feel warm but “organically”, if that makes any sense. I even ran over 2 miles for the first time in my life!

After just 3 weeks, I’ve lost 16lbs and the scale keeps dropping. I even just had a big bowl of spinach dip and tortilla chips!

Updating! Since the 12th of June I have gone from 186 to 173.6

I have used one bottle of Slimquick so far, started about two weeks ago or so. Before the 22nd. My goal is 135.

I don’t know how much credit, as I said before, to give to Slimquick when it comes to burning off the fat. But it AMAZING as an appetite control! Couldn’t do what I do without it.

I have only used this product, like many here who posted, for a week. However, I would like to comment. I have lost a few pounds, but credit that to diet and exercise. I still very much enjoy this product. I have had a very noticable increase in energy. I have also been in a much better mood. And the bonus? I have had no cravings at all for sweets. My mom has cupcakes, ice cream, a lot of junk I would normally snack on mindlessly. I also no longer overeat and have no problem at all keeping to my 1,200-1,300 calorie diet. I will repurchase even if it doesn’t increase my weight loss, because it is a great tool for me to keep to my diet and exercise.

I took this product a long time ago like around 2000. I had stopped taking it because there was this problem with it at the time, so the news was saying don’t take it, but I was thinking about taking it again. When I took it it worked pretty well. The only issue that I had was that I felt a little bloated at times, but I guess they fixed the issues. With summer on our door step I want to make sure that I look good in my swim suit.

I have only been taking it for 2 days now. But it is really helping with my appetite. I have a lot more energy. I was already drinking a lot of water. but not eating all that healthy. And was eating a lot more than I need to. But now I am not eating as much. Still not really seeing much results. but it has only been 2 days. I will give it a week or 2 and see what happens.

I have noticed that I am using the bathroom more so than normal. And am having a bit of Muscle pains. But that very well could be because of all the work I have been doing (using those muscles)

I LOVE this product!!! I am only on day 4, but I have already lost 3 lbs. The first day – I felt nothing. On the second day and so on I felt awake in the mornings and didn’t have the sluggish afternoon period. I barely eat, feel better, and my period time was pleasant instead of intolerable. I have been taking slimquick Ultra for a little over a month and i have only lost 7 lbs, but the inches are just melting off of me i feel better than i have in a long time! I went from a size 16 to a 12 and i can wear some size 10′s now that’s inches lost! I could not lose weight before and I felt bad, my periods were unbearable my joints ached i could barely do anything. I’m 5’0 and weighed 181 now i’m 174 and i have no joint aches and my periods are bearable again! I highly recommend this product it has done wonders for me!

I would like to know what I am doing wrong, Slimquick has gotten good reviews, but i HATE it. it makes me really dizzy and lightheaded and does nothing for my cravings. Not to metion is makes my heart race. I walk 5miles everyother day and have not seen any results and this is my 3rd week taking it. I will never take this stuff again

Before slim quick I had lost 10 lbs on my own by cutting out all junk food and sodas, almost every thing fatty along with fast food and exercising. That was in two weeks. I just wanted to use slim quick for the baby bump you stay with. I look pretty good for having six kids.

After my last two, the bump is just hard to get rid of. Since on Slim quick, here are the cons: Headache,tired if put in one spot, always in the can, yes, you get the squirts after you eat.

Pros: exercise you seem to last longer, more energy, less of an appetite. For those that say it doesn’t work, of course it’s not if you don’t eat right and exercise.

I’ve been drinking nothing but water, eating healthy and exercise, Seems to help you lose lbs while you sleep. Don’t expect it to work if you don’t follow through and do your part. You need to help yourself lose weight as well. It helped me go to sleep after all that energy I have during the day, Used to turn to Tylenol pm when I don’t have Ambien, Seems to work good for me.
