Even though, after reading this, I've seen that the ingredients don't do much, the product itself has done something: because you have to take one pill three times a day, at regular meal times, it has made me regulate my meals.
I was not having breakfast, not eating regularly, snacking, all the eating habits that do not go hand in hand with weight loss. Firstly because you have to dissolve the pills, it's been getting me to have a big glass of water with every meal. Also, I don't know if this is because of the pills or because of changed eating habits, my appetite has been reduced, and I haven't been snacking since I started using them 4 days ago.
Also they only cost me £5 for a 2 week supply thanks to Holland and Barrett's half price sales!

So even though chemically they may not do much, psychologically it could be a good kickstart to getting you to change eating habits! Never forget the power of the placebo effect :)
