I lost a bunch of weight...a bunch, but for what its worth I did workout. The fact is you can workout on ur own but the pills allow u to do waaay more than u can without them plus u dont feel so hungry which allows u time to prep and eat something better for you. On the other hand, I ended up with bad anxiety and migraines that were disabling (This was after a couple months of use) Confession Alert: thinking about buying more,and just taking anxiety meds and Excedrin for the migraines this time becuz the weight loss was AMAZING! They're probably getting paid, but I was blind to that - who knows what I was thinking? Anyway they didn't do much - I weigh just the same after a month and a whole pill bottle. Although it did NOT make me jittery at all which is something I always worry about because I bought Zantrex 3 once and holy moly; I felt like crap and threw the bottle away after one day. I'm trying Venom now and we'll see how that goes but overall, Thermodrenix isn't really something worth spending your money on... honestly. I have been taking them for 2 days now. The first day I only took 2 before breakfast and 2 before lunch - I'm a little caffeine sensitive so I thought I would work my way up to the 4 pills before breakfast and 4 before lunch. The first day was fine. I noticed slightly more energy and that I was not very hungry through the day. This is day two and I have the jitters. I don't feel nausea yet but I'm so scatterbrained that I can hardly concentrate to write this review. I'm a little disappointed that I have now read more reviews that it simply does not work. I am hoping for over $70 a bottle that won't be the case for me and I'm going to continue taking them as long as I can and see what the results are. The scale is already showing 4 pounds lost in the last 48 hours however a lot of that is due to the fact I have not been hungry to eat anything and I've been consuming large amounts of water. Plus, I work out at between 4 to 7 times a week; I like the energy this gives me but I could get the same results with something else that costs less. Plus these horse pills are kind of hard to swallow. I will continue to take the supplement to see if any significant changes occur, but right now I'm sort of losing hope in getting over my weight hump. I don’t really know what to say. But even though I was warned about the caffeine content, there was no way to be prepared. Normal amounts of caffeine do not affect me. A redbull will not wake me up when I am sleepy. So I thought I could handle myself. Taking Thermodrenix put my system through the roof. I tried channeling the insanity into the gym, but after a week of taking the drug I couldn't focus enough to get the workout I wanted. The next week, I was too nauseous to work out. The nausea was what finally made me decide the pills weren't worth it. I could hardly get the pills down my throat with the nausea I was experiencing. I wasn't eating because I wasn't sure I could keep food down. I am sure my weight loss will continue now that my appetite is curbed and I am in the habit of going to the gym. The pills are extraneous. On the flip side, I got a very informative email in response to my inquiry about the return policy.
