- I just posted my feedback on this product, and it's not showing up on the page. What's up with that?
ANSWER: All feedback must be reviewed by our editors before it goes "live" on the web site. This typically takes between 24-48 hours during regular business hours. Submissions made on Friday or the weekend will not be reviewed until Monday or Tuesday.
- It's been more than 48 hours, and my feedback is still not showing up. What's going on?
ANSWER: Provided there has not been a technical "glitch", we have received your submission. Real-Customer-Comments.com reserves the editorial right to reject submissions that do not add value to this web site or its visitors.
Submissions may be rejected for the following reasons...
i) No valid e-mail was provided with the submission
ii
) The submission contained rude, defamatory, patronizing or otherwise unsuitable material.
iii) Our editors used their discretion and rejected the feedback because it sounded "too good to be true." In other words, the feedback submitted did not "jive" physical realities.
iv) The submission contained blatant promotion for a product you are affiliated with.
v) Your submissions contains material already adequately addressed by other visitor's comments.
vi) You have only been using the product for a couple of days. To provide genuinely useful feedback, a minimum of 3-4 weeks use with a product is recommended.
- My feedback has not been posted. Is there an appeals process?
ANSWER: No. However, you may resubmit your feedback again if you like. Please review your comments objectively and consider if they may offend some people. If you are promoting a product you are affiliated with, please remove that promotion.
- My links have been changed. What's up with that?
ANSWER: We do not post affiliate links or any links where the referrer receives remuneration for the recommendation. This is one of many similar policies to those that you'll find implemented in most quality, moderated forums.
