Comments Date     By Tony Austin 2008-08-19 15:41:32 I used Syntrax Fyre back in 06. It's a pretty decent fat burner. Unlike other fatburner/energy pills, I didn't experience any "crash" a few hours after taking it. I used it for a little over a month and lost 2 inches on my waist, and a total of 8 pounds. While this may not sound jawd-ropping, keep in mind that I am a fitness buff who works out 5 days a week. My bodyfat percentage sits at around 8 percent, so I was in pretty decent shape prior to supplementing with Fyre. The formula Fyre uses is pretty basic (Caffeine, Green Tea extract, yohimbe, etc.), but I think that the addition of ginger is a plus. Sometimes I suffer mild heartburn when using fat burners. The ginger used in Fyre may have helped blunt those effects. I believe that Fyre is a solid product, but I have heard some not-so-flattering things about the company that makes it, which makes it highly unlikely that I'll ever use it again.
