I orderded wu-yi tea back in May of this year (7 months ago, now), and I have been very pleased!

I have lost 16 lbs to date and I am totally addicted to the tea. It tastes wonderful and I drink it all day long in the form of ice tea. I just brew a huge pot on the stove with 4 tea bags, then I drink the 2 gallons in about 10 days then start the process over again.

I am 54 and have been struggling with my weight for a while, even with eating right and exercise, it's been so hard until I started drinking wu-yi.

I love it and will never stop. It's been a slow process because of my age, and my metabolism is slower then when I was younger--but it's been the only thing that has worked so far, in 4 years.

I ordered from the heavily advertised "Wu-Yi Source" and have had NOTHING but negative contact with them. The ordering was "automatic" and included an additional membership to something more than the tea.

When the tea arrived there was no invoice ... I got no e-mail confirmation of the order ... and I had no way of knowing what to do to return it if necessary.

The tea did nothing for me ... in fact, with the diet plan they indicate you can't help but lose weight. So I had to contact them five times to get an address to return the tea. The stalling was an omen of the days to come.

I returned it and waited to see a credit appear on my credit card statement. And I waited and waited and waited and waited. When it didn't appear in two billing cycles I tried e-mailing the company and got no response.

I tried three different times ... still no answer. I got online to get their phone number and found the "live chat" option. Again, there was stalling and resistance even saying they had no record of my order ... never saying that they had received the return unless I could give them the tracking number.

I didn't have it with me and spent 50 minutes trying to get them to tell me if they had received the tea. No luck.

So I got online the next night to give them the tracking number ... and, before they could possibly have checked the number ... they were "processing my refund"! How is that possible if they didn't have a record of the return?

And why would they wait three months to process it (except that they hoped I would lose the receipt and not be able to claim the refund)? They couldn't answer it except to say that I had to provide the tracking number in order for them to begin the refund ... in other words I should have called them several months ago to get the refund that should have been handled ethically when they received the tea!

Unbelievable. I hope that this helps at least one more person NOT order from Wu-Yi Source. Tea this expensive is not needed to lose weight. Drinking tea instead of eating carbohydrates will definitely make a difference.

Adding water to your diet plan helps ... everyone knows this. And no eating after 7:30 p.m. has got to have good results. It doesn't have anything to do with Wu-Yi "highest quality" tea.

It's a scam!
